My CS6 Mastercollection Dvd no longer works

Hey there,

so here's my problem right now: last year, I bought the CS6 Mastercollection to this website www.slim.nl.

today I wanted to install the collection because my laptop was cleaned up and I had to reinstall everything.

now, I get this message: Installation failed, the legitimate Adobe software verification failed.

the product you are trying to install, is no legitimate Adobe-Evaluationdocumentation and seems to be false.

I know that's not a fake copy of the CS6 and it worked before, but this time I can not install more.

It's about what my problem is I hope you can help me out here.

Kind regards

Bruin Tommy

HI TommydeBruin,

Download CS6 since the direct link and follow the steps: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html .

Please follow the very important instructions before downloading.

Step 1. Download and install winrar.

Step 2. Extract the file .7z with the help of winrar (do not remove .7z file into .exe file).

Step 3. Try to install the software, it should work.

Kind regards

Usually with the downloads you get a compressed executable file.  Just keep them all together and run the executable.  IT will extract and install the zipped file.

    Hi Tikal troglodyte,

Please try the suggestions listed in the previous post and let us know the result out of it.

If you think the freezing problem is with Norton then I would suggest you temporary disable and check if the freeze occurs, if you there is no point of freezing then I would suggest you to check with Norton supports for available updates.

    I hope this helps!

If you notify me that I reinstall the BIOS (guess I can do no harm, since I already have downloaded audio drivers to reinstall) the registry information for my DVD will be fixed?

BIOS do not affect or touch the registry somehow and there is no need to relocate the BIOS but you can reset the default BIOS. You could link me to these forums you're talking and if not. cases are of a scale that is having the same problem, the update of the BIOS can be studied.

Since you said that even an external DVD drive is also not recognized its certainly a matter of s/w.  Could try to use a restore point was working on your dvd player? I know that you did a restore to a date before you installed the update to the BIOS, but you can try a diff. one?

In addition, you can restore your BIOS downgrade (F2-System Diagnostics) If you feel/think the BIOS update is a cause of the problem.

You have disk problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD burn
and CD and DVD read). So it is not unusual for 1 or 2 operational so that other parts
    do it right.

Burning at low speed, or by using the master could help. A CD/DVD cleaner might help.

Brand of the CD or DVD drive can also be the problem. Low quality (cheap brands) are always problematic.

CD/DVDs have a tolerance + - and your can read/write on the edge outside these discs

This troubleshooting could not help if there is alignment and/or wear issues however it
    a shot.

Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as is often total
a process that solves the problem.

Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click on the device - driver tab.
Click on update drivers (this will probably do nothing) - RIGHT click ON the drive - uninstall.
RESTART this will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue
    below.

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a coward
cable or slight corrosion on the contacts (usually for a laptop) and other issues.

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both

contacts data with a pencil eraser.

Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

Did you follow the Troubleshooting Guide for the reader who still does not work? There are
the entries in registry that the troubleshooter does not solve and those who "might" be the cause.

Here are the keys that I of course are those in question - for the subkeys of the CD/DVD drive

    Hello Vancouverhome,

I suggest that you run by following the below Fix - it. This will automatically diagnose and repair problems with your CD or DVD drive when trying to read or burn media:

    1. click on start this image and then click on all programs.

    2. click on accessories and then click Run.

3 type regedit, and then click OK, if you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or click on allow.

In the navigation pane, find and then click the following registry subkey:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

    4. in the right pane, click UpperFilters.

Note: You may also see an UpperFilters.bak registry entry. You don't have to delete this entry. Click UpperFilters. If you do not see the UpperFilters registry entry, you may still have to delete the LowerFilters registry entry. To do this, go to step 8.

    5. on the Edit menu, click on delete.

    6. When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.

    7. in the right pane, click LowerFilters.
