Paid but "trial expired" is displayed in the Manager of CC

I paid for the package photography CC then downloaded and updated to Photoshop and Lightroom. "The CC Manager displays"Trial expired"for Photoshop and ' 29 days remaining" for Lightroom. Any ideas on how I can get this to recognize that I paid?

I tried disconnecting and back in and also renamed AAMUpdater and OOBE records to re-create the database. No luck.

Thanks for your help. For some reason any 'users' had no access to the hosts file. I now put it to the 'read' and the CC Manager has now updated the status of software. Thanks again.

    You forgot to tell us something about your computer. You hear any sound from the computer at all once you turn it on, it? It sounds like the hard drive turning upward?   • Downloaded Firefox and it will work in mode dmg but will not be displayed in the application folder, even if I hang out there.

    It will run fine (but slow) until I got disabling my computer. When I turn it back on, I need to click on the disc image as if it had not been installed.

    Make sure that Firefox is installed correctly.

    4. You are looking for a folder of Mozilla Firefox . If you find one, right click and select delete and confirm that you want to move the folder to the trash.

    Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:

    1. Double-click on the downloaded Setup file and go through the steps in the installation wizard.
    2. Once the wizard is completed, click to open Firefox directly after clicking the Finish button.

    I have a problem in my computer, its not display hidden files and folders. In folder options, I tried to check SHOW the FILES AND FOLDER CACHE and click on APPLY and OK but it does not work. Still hidden files are not displayed. but when I opened again Folder Options the one that is chosen is DO NOT DISPLAY the FILES AND FOLDERS HIDDEN. Several times I did but the same stills.     If you have one machine to another,
    Then, click Run, type Regedit, go to the next topic & select export.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\Folder\Hidden

    Copy the file on the problematic machine, double click on it & select Yes.

    If you do not have another machine,

    Navigate to the registry entry above & change the values as below:

The folder named HD wedding wedding light leaks is located in Bridge and in the folder presets (see images), but when I use them in AE, they are not found.     You got to stock footage not effects. You do not stock footage you layer it. You must be new to AE. Please be sure to go through some of the basic educational materials offered on the AE product page.

I recently changed my account name, and unfortunately, it is no longer matches the name in the Task Manager.     My office said CC Lightroom 5 trial expired and displays a BUY button, that, when used returns me to the CC site Plans, but I already have the Plan of photography.

    I already have LR5 as a stand-alone purchase and it works fine.

    Hey Joe,

    Did you install Lightroom from the creative Office Cloud app? If this isn't the case, I recommend to uninstall the LR on your system, then put it back in place, through the application of CC Office.

  • No display on the audio track

    Probably something stupid I'm do or do not do... but I saved a piece of Hammond organ on an audio track in Logic Pro X. For some reason but there is no display on the console when playing track. The track renders perfectly, but the meter section remains black.

    Any ideas why this might be?
