Paid for the PDF Document Cloud services, but no service
My bank account shows payment paid Adobe $ 23.88 for annual services two weeks ago, but to connect to convert PDF to Word - applications from Adobe that I 'sign up now' for the account that has already been paid. I've been using Premiere Pro CS6, and during this time the Mercury Playback Engine GPU acceleration of the reduction (CUDA) appears as an option for the rendering engine.
But now that I've updated for first Pro CC, the rendering engine does not appear, only the Mercury Playback Engine software.

I'm the Admin for 8 seats of CC, download Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat, show all in the CC application outside of the Illustrator, I've tried disconnecting and CC and exit the application to refresh the it'self app but had no chance there at - it other people know this too, or a problem with just this app appears if so you have found a fix?
Edit: it says: "YOUR APPS (3)" when in fact there are 4
Problem solved:
I had goto CC App and re - download illustrator, then app rpefs, account, once again disconnected
Quit the application, sign, illustrator shows now in "YOUR APPS (4).
