  There are many causes of Code 39 errors:

  ·         A required device driver is missing.

  ·         A required binary file is corrupted.

  ·         There is a problem with the file I/O process.

  ·         A driver that refers to an entry point in another binary file cannot load.

  I suggest you try the following steps:

  Step 1: Run the fixit available in the link below

   

  Your CD or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows or other programs

  Step 2: Uninstall and reinstall the drivers.

   

  1. click on start and then click Control Panel.

  2. click on system and Maintenance, click System, and then click Device Manager.

  Note If Control Panel is in Classic view, double-click System and then click on Device Manager.

  3. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.

  4. in Device Manager, expand CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drives, right click on the device CD and DVD and then click on uninstall.

  5. When you are prompted to confirm that you want to remove the device, click OK.

  6. restart the computer.

  After the computer restarts, the drivers will be installed automatically.

  Help, please. My paint bucket has stopped working and I can't find out why. When I select the paint bucket tool and hover above the layer icon change not allowed cursor not icon, no idea how to solve this problem. Some advice how could I solve this problem?

  I had the right solution and what I did, I uninstall the doPdf 7 then try to install another driver and now it works... all my Word files are now easy converts to PDF!

  in any case, what is the meaning of the PDF? What is PDF-Protected data file? Am I wrong?

  Thank you for your message.  Nothing has changed recently (before your broken computer) to include the hardware, software or updates?  After researching this error, it seems that a couple of different software installs are known to cause it.  Click HERE for an example.  You should be able to start in safe mode and remove the software that is the cause of the problem.  To start in safe mode instructions are HERE.

  1. When you receive the error message?

  Method 1:

  I suggest that you restart the Scheduler on the computer service and check if it works.

  a. Click Start type services.msc in the Search box, and then click OK.

  b. in the Services (Local) list, click Task Scheduler.

  c. right-click on the service and click on restart

  d. close the services window and restart the computer, check if it works.

  Method 2:

  It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

  I suggest that you perform a clean boot and check.

  A clean boot to check if startup item or services to third-party application is causing this issue.

• Paint Bucket tool works not

  Since the "Animate" update it's broken. I drew my frames as usual and when tring to fill in the character with the paint bucket tool, nothing happened. All my lines are closed, I redesigned the countless number of times, nothing. If I draw a circle just simple stupid but, I can fill that very well.

  Good so I managed to do the work. It seems that the drawing - all segments of it - are inside a drawn object. Just double-click on one of the lines to get into this object. You can now fill.

  Follow the steps in the screenshots below to reset the paint bucket tool:

  

  Select the bucket in your tool palette tool, first

  

  With the selected paint bucket tool, click on the drop down arrow next to the icon of the 'Paint bucket' highlighted above (1) in order to put the Control Panel options.

  Then click on the 'Settings' flyout button (2) as noted above.

  

  Click on "Reset Tool" in the list that appears (as seen above).

  This will reset all changes you have made to the tool and to get back to the default value.
