  I bought my Palm Pre July 4, 2009.  The phone was working today and when I got home I plugged it to load.  I come back an hour later and the screen would not activate.  I tried to put off tension.  I removed the battery.  The screen is not on yet.  I contacted a Sprint store, they referred me to a repair center that was closed.  Sprint customer service referred me to my insurance, but the phone was not damaged.  They gave me a 1-800 number, but a message said I would be charged since the phone was spent 90 days old.  How can I get warranty repair/replacement?

  I reloaded my Photoshop CS3 after a hard drive crash and the authorization code provided after my last accident a year ago does not work. Adobe support claims to be unable to help and ask in the forum.   A369i only have A - GPS. This means use GSM signal, when you use foursquare. s oke, because with A - Gps can get places. But with sport track can not ask, because need GPS built-in.

  After a pratting very long on this labyrinthine web site, I was allowed to telephone support. The solution has been offered instantly, which suggests that it is certainly not unusual. Here's what to do:

  1 assuming you can communicate with your printer, open its IP address in the browser.

  2. Select the tab 'network '.

  3. Select "network address (IP)" in the list on the left.

  4. enter 8.8.8.8 as the preferred manual server.

  5. enter 8.8.4.4 as auxiliary manual DNS server.

• PALM PRE: WPA2 can not connect to wi - fi as a domain field is not available

  On my Palm Pre, I am unable to connect to the wireless network (wi - fi) at school or because both require a connection WPA2 with a name of user and password & domain name.

  I couldn't make it work yesterday and did some research at night and shaped perhaps I could connect via "attitude of the enterprise", but this isn't the case... very disappointing.  Palm has about 27 days to find a solution or this phone will be returned, and I'll reactivate my treo.

  Does anyone know a way around this?  He upsets really me that the phone is indicated as WPA2 capable there is no domain name field.

  Have you tried to put your domain name before the user name, i.e. -? for example

  User name: School\John Doe

  Password: *.

  If your network is not hidden, it is useless even specify the security setting. I think he does it automatically when I select a network in the list, at least for me. Good luck!

  GPS functionality seems to be completely broken on my new Z3 compact.

  Any application that uses the GPS all hangs at "waiting for location" indefinitely. I tried Google maps, GPS Status, Runkeeper, etc.. For the test I changed my location for "device", the network location does not work.

  Tried to disable & turn on GPS, hard reboot, even a factory reset in the end. Nothing helps.

  GPS works for other users of compact Z3? My hardware is really bust?

  What I tried to say below is that 'only the device' IS NOT work.

  Or rather does NOT work, it seems that my problem was simply the fact that I had tried to use the GPS inside. I think that I've used inside buildings GPS devices and they worked at least to some extent, so I couldn't believe that I don't get any kind of fix with the Z3C - but it seems that this was the case. Outside the GPS works well, get the fix is fast enough and the location seems accurate.

  Late afternoon, the GPS on my BlackBerry decided to stop working. "Refresh GPS" does nothing, just a bunch of 0 against all areas. I took a colleague BlackBerry (the same exact model since they both work) and standing on a selected spot "refresh GPS" on both phones. Mine still gives a bunch of zeros, while the other spits is rather less than a second. I didn't fall out or something. Infact, it was fine in the morning. What is going on?

  I also tried out the battery for 5 minutes before putting call. It does not either.

  Go to options, State. On the main status screen, type the word test.

  There is no entry for that field, just type and you will see a device of that self-test.

  Click Run, and then select GPS.

  I used the Palm Pre 2 when I was in the United States with an ATT Sim Card and I was able to use all the features well. I come down to the India and got a local SIM with data services. I am able to check email / synchronize outlook etc and make calls. However I get an error for text messages "" could not send the message due to a network error. Try again. 96 "
