Question:

~~~~
I created a group of ADF with Table query for all searchable attributes of a view object. Little attribute is of type database column NUMBER and their ADF attribute type is oracle.jbo.domain.Number. Some of these attributes are having more than 4 decimal places.
For example: Cost attribute value is 1.23004
After you run the search page, when I enter cost value as 1.23004, after the tab out. the value of cost in the criteria section is changed to 1.23 which is originally no results to return, even if the record with cost 1.23004 exists in the database. Initially, the table of results also showed only 1.23 as cost value. I changed the af: convertNumber MaxFractionDigits on 10 to show all of the up to 10 decimal precision (if it exists). After this is done, the result table shows the correct value (1.23004). but the search criteria still rounds up 1.23 for the first time. If the 1.23004 value is entered again it retains the value entered and search result works very well.
Is there anyway that the automatic formatting of the criteria can be disabled? It is otherwise better to show all decimal values without rounding or the definition of the MaxFractionDigits?
Really appreciate your help on this.
Thank you.
Sorry for the confusion.
Build your own referee criteria view, you add the attribute number and check the tab user interface of suspicion for the attribute. Check if you can change the format here. As I'm not in front of a pc that I have to look at the other options. It may be a bug.
There is this programmatic approach Oracle ADF Guide step by step - Oracle ADF tutorial: handle stripped to the ADF query component - see the values of input query but it should be possible to operate for the types of number with fraction numbers more then 2 out of the box.
Hi all
My verion jdev is 12.1.1.3
We have queryPanel with some attributes are required in a selective way and rest all optional attributes
do us question when we has contributed to a required attribute and directly by clicking the search button.
validation is used to enter values for any of the required selectively attribute that we have provided to the first attribute.
This happens only in IE11. checked in FF and Chrome is not shooting for the validation of the required attribute
in IE11 unless that we focus on any component, search button fired with validation for selectively obligatory attribute control although we have provided one of the required attributes selectively
• Question about tables PS6100XS
Hello
I have a question on the number of disks in relief on the PS6100XS. The configuration says seven SSD and 17 SAS drives. Are there four spare discs then (two SAS drives and two SSDs)? Really, which would limit the total amount of space available if we use RAID 10 for this table.
Thank you.
I thought that hybrid Accel single table. RAID6 is possible, and you cannot change it. IIRC, they used a "disk" as a replacement for the SSD drive.
• Formatting a number in a report
Hi people,
I have a question on the number format of a report.
I want to display a number like that: ' 1 '000' 000.00 '. Is this possible? When I put the number format of "999G999G990D00" I just get the point as separator EQ "1.000.000,00".
Is there a way to set the separator for a thousand of "'"instead of"." or is it according to the language installed in apex?
Thank you very much for your help!
• Table/number of parameter of type of a workflow java client-side
Hello
There is a flow of work corresponding to its entry/set number parameter. I understand the type Array itself in the rest api client is com.vmware.o11n.sdk.rest.client.stubs.Array. How about number?
How to create a type of table/number on the side of Java to submit them in the workflow?
Help, please
Thank you
Benson
This problem is finally fixed.
Solution:
If the type of the workflow package is/number input parameter,.
then the element in the com.vmware.011n.sdk.rest.client.stubs.Array type is double primitive.
Well, the other forum you mentioned is the Korean equivalent of the English forum.
You have already discovered, it is not controlled to many users. I didn't know that it exists at all.
In general it is to you where you ask your questions. All for one here are driven by the community and some employees of the Oracle, you cannot wait has answered all your questions. If you really need to answer you go through paid support.
A tip for getting help is to provide a well-defined use cases, information relating to your environment and documented code showing what you have already tried.
• Format-Table & Get-VMHost properties...
I'm missing something. I worked on it on and off for the last two days and may not know what I'm doing wrong here. My goal is to ultimately develop a script of checking my environment, using the VI Toolkit.
$scReserved = @{label = 'Reserved'; Expression = {(Get-View-id (Get-vue $_).)} {{(ConfigManager.MemoryManager). ConsoleReservationInfo.ServiceConsoleReserved)}}
Get-VMHost | FT name, $scReserved
It does not work.
I have a way to get this info by following these steps, even though I wish I could use Format-Table instead. Why it does not work and what don't understand me in how to make these Expressions?
However, this work is not a friendly game to be saved to a file or use the Format-Table.
$hosts = get-VMHost | Get-View
{foreach ($hostview in $hosts)
$mem get-view-id $hostview. ConfigManager.MemoryManager
$h = $hostview. Name + ', ' + $mem. ConsoleReservationInfo.ServiceConsoleReserved
Write-Host $h
}
PowerShell me likes it.
The curly braces and parentheses are not balanced
This example will do what I think you were trying to do
$scReserved = @{Label = "Reserved"; Alignment = "Left";
Expression={(Get-View -Id $_.ConfigManager.MemoryManager).ConsoleReservationInfo.ServiceConsoleReserved}}
Get-VMHost | Where-Object {$_.State -eq "Connected"} |
Get-View |
ft @{Label = "Name"; Expression = {$_.Name}; Width = 20}, $scReserved
Note that I added a Where-Object cmdlet for the tip because you cannot get the value of memdory reserved for guests who are not connected.
To show that the hash table is used for formatting objects, I added a few other keys (alignment, width) to the hash table.
• Table data ADF export to Excel
I want to export data into an excel file. I used following code;
< af:exportCollectionActionListener type = "excelHTML" exportedId = "t1".
filename = "Export.xls"
title = "Export ADF faces" / >
It works fine, but I more than 65 k lines, which is not supported with xls files. How can I generate format xlsx with ADF?
JDeveloper 11.1.1.3 is used in my project, and can't change that. None of the options pls?
Thank you
Hello..
You can export to excel as .xlsx using the Apache POI library
• Formate of number should be (5.3) how?
Hello
I want to formate number like (5.3)... because suppose that 234578.98746 is I want it like 23457.987
using the trunc function I can truncate the fraction part. but that is partly full? How a trunk at the same time
Select trunc (234578.9874,3) double
234578.987
How is it wise to format a number by dividing by 10? It's one thing to truncate the decimal part (although most of the people would be rounded) - it's a sensitive formatting option. But the whole part truncating essentially divided that number by 10 - this is not a reasonable thing to display a number. it completely changes the meaning.
• Format table redux
Yes, I am still using CS3. I tried the following method to get the order of paintings to work in CS3, but this won't work:
(1) close the DreamWeaver program
(2) take three files "Format Table.htm", "Format Table.js", "tableFormats.js" of http://rapidshare.com/files/66459615/Format_Table_for_DreamWeaver.zip.html
(3) copy these three files in your DreamWeaver \configuration\Commands (for example c:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS3\configuration\Commands) folder
(4) make a copy backup of the file '... \configuration\Menus\menu.xml '.
(4) open '... \configuration\Menus\menu.xml '.
(4 b) search in the "menu.xml" of the chain: ...file="commands/sort Table.htm ' id = 'DWMenu_Commands_SortTable' / >
4 c) after finded string append the string: < menuitem = "Table of Format" file name = "orders/Format Table.htm' id = 'DWMenu_Commands_FormatTable' / >
4 d) save and close "menu.xml".
(5) open the DreamWeaver program and you will see in the menu the function "Table Format" command
The only difference is that I copied the 3 files in MX2004 command file in the order of CS3 folder, rather than downloading from the website mentioned above.
I saw in a discussion earlier that one person said that it does not work and someone else say it worked very well.
Can someone give me the real answer? The best answer is, of course, how to really work!
I'm on an iMac G5 OS10.4.11 running.
Thank you
Randy
Woohoo! Thank you!
It's the right thing. Works fine, now.
Thanks again.
Vinod
Hi Vinod,
If you set up SQLAuthenticator in the JDeveloper's integrated Weblogic Server, so what happened to your case is expected, because you deleted the Weblogic instance where SQLAuthenticator has been configured. Yes, you have deleted the domaine_par_defaut instance that is located in the directory specified above. JDeveloper will recreate a new instance (not configured) the next time you run.
To avoid reconfiguring SQLAuthenticator, you must set it up on a stand-alone instance of Weblogic (which is not located on the JDeveloper/systems user... folder.
Kind regards
