• Format-Table & Get-VMHost properties...

  I'm missing something.  I worked on it on and off for the last two days and may not know what I'm doing wrong here.  My goal is to ultimately develop a script of checking my environment, using the VI Toolkit.

  Note that I added a Where-Object cmdlet for the tip because you cannot get the value of memdory reserved for guests who are not connected.

  To show that the hash table is used for formatting objects, I added a few other keys (alignment, width) to the hash table.

  Hello! I'm quite new to structured framemaker and I plan to migrate legacy documentation not structured in XML format. In documentation existing as well as ordinary tables I Note and warning messages in a table:

  When I generate a conversion table, framemaker creates that one set of items for the table cells, rows, etc. I'm a little confused about how to deal with these tables in the table of conversion and ESD file so that I can save the converted to XML file, then load it and get the same table format? I would appreciate any advice. Thank you!

  It is always tempting to start a new project structured FM by converting existing documents. I recommend, however, that, until you are familiar with the structure, you start by building a structured model and ESD and take a good start on them debugging with the test data. Once you have created a catalog of the element, it will give you a target for a table of conversion and implementation of an XML application.

  A table structured FM must have the elements on each side of the table: the entire table, any title of table, any position table, the body of the table, a table leg, all ranks, and each cell. Each of these item types can be used for one purpose. You cannot, for example, have a general element called TableSection which is used for the header, body and foot or an element called title, which is used for the section headings, but also the titles table. However, you can have several elements of each of these types.

  A DSP defines all the elements for the tables and the various components of the table, including the command of no subitem. It can also define an initial table format the format applied when the table is created and the initial models that specify the names of the line items in a topic of table, foot or body, and those of the cells of each type of line. Note that these are the original formats and models of structure only.

  In your case, for example, you can set a table format called Message with the shaded background desired. If the note and Attention messages have different icons, you can define two elements of the array, called Note, and called Attention.  The body of a Note might be called NoteBody, and the only line of a NoteBody might be NoteRow. The two cells in a NoteRow could be called NoteIcon and MessageText and may contain paragraphs which forms have the same name as these elements. Tables of attention would be defined by analogy.

  To generate a table of conversion that structure this content, remember that any table generated by FM conversion is only a starting point. The project creates the FM does not define several the table header, body, foot, line or cell elements. You can change the conversion table to do this. For example, the part of your grade conversion table will be something like:

  This conversion table fragment defines a table cell that contains a NoteIcon paragraph labeled as a part of NoteIcon, a cell with a paragraph containing the MessageText tag to be a MessageText, a line containing an element tag NoteIcon followed a MessageText marked to be a NoteRow, a table containing a single element tag NoteRow to be a NoteBody , and a table composed only a NoteBody be labeled NoteTable.

  I created a group of ADF with Table query for all searchable attributes of a view object. Little attribute is of type database column NUMBER and their ADF attribute type is oracle.jbo.domain.Number. Some of these attributes are having more than 4 decimal places.

  For example: Cost attribute value is 1.23004

  After you run the search page, when I enter cost value as 1.23004, after the tab out. the value of cost in the criteria section is changed to 1.23 which is originally no results to return, even if the record with cost 1.23004 exists in the database. Initially, the table of results also showed only 1.23 as cost value. I changed the af: convertNumber MaxFractionDigits on 10 to show all of the up to 10 decimal precision (if it exists). After this is done, the result table shows the correct value (1.23004). but the search criteria still rounds up 1.23 for the first time. If the 1.23004 value is entered again it retains the value entered and search result works very well.

  Is there anyway that the automatic formatting of the criteria can be disabled? It is otherwise better to show all decimal values without rounding or the definition of the MaxFractionDigits?

  Sorry for the confusion.

  Build your own referee criteria view, you add the attribute number and check the tab user interface of suspicion for the attribute. Check if you can change the format here. As I'm not in front of a pc that I have to look at the other options. It may be a bug.

  There is this programmatic approach Oracle ADF Guide step by step - Oracle ADF tutorial: handle stripped to the ADF query component - see the values of input query but it should be possible to operate for the types of number with fraction numbers more then 2 out of the box.

• Adjustable table format table with fixed width?

  What I need, is for an inserted table fit on the page, regardless of the number of columns you specify.  To illustrate with a FM doc by default, in the dialog box to insert a table, select Format, change the number of columns of 5 to 15 and insert the table.  See how the table is wider than the page.  Is it possible to adjust the table format to automagically shrink width of collar so that the table remains on the page or to a size predetermined?

  (Note: I know that I can do after the fact with resize columns, but it seems that what I want to happen is a common need.)

  No way to do it in FrameMaker out of the box, unfortunately.

  I'm sure it would be possible with an API FDK or Framescript, however.

  Oracle itself has no tools to export in csv or excel format. You have to search third-party tools such as Toad or the Torah.

  JavaMail requires only the loading of a couple of pots. The wiki page has an example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Javamail

  Technically, you can simply use a socket (http://download.oracle.com/javase/1.4.2/docs/api/java/net/Socket.html) to create the email but I tend to be lazy and use packets of level high so they do the job.

• Linked excel tables in InDesign CS5 update problems and keep the formatting: need help

  I've been using excel to place several tables in my InDesign CS5 document which will require the update on a regular basis. The tables are already formatted in excel, so I will place in InDesign with formatting and you will usually have to reduce proportionally the tables as soon as they are in InDesign CS5. When I'll update the links, it is important the content of the tables as part of current text with larger text and I am unable to "Insert the picture content" or "shrink content proportionally." Nobody knows how to solve this problem or know of another way to link excel with formatting tables and update without having to reformat the table (i.e. to resize the image and text) every time that happens an update? Thank you!!

• stop the email addresses in the table in the spreadsheet to launch mail

  I am compiling of data in a worksheet Numbers and many cells in the table into them from the e-mail addresses.

  Whenever I tap on the cell that contains an e-mail address, he jumps to my Mail application and launches a new mail with the email address. It's so irritating cos I have to type on any address in the table and I DON'T WANT my Mail App to launch. How can I stop this madness? Help, please!

• Firefox 4 ignoring the property table (< td > < table >)

  I'm working on the upgrade of the https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/156940/ for Firefox 4 compatibility extension.

  Essentially extensions improves the site by adding a few query fields that are locked in the format "table > < td > <. There is no problem up to FF 3.6.9. But at 4 FF, it ignores the < td > < table > properties.

  But it works with any questions on the latest versions of chrome and safari

  I cannot place a placeholder text in a table on my model of slides is editable. Does anyone know if this feature is available in Keynote?

  • The placeholder text do not work in tables, enter the data directly in each cell of the table.
  • Tables should be placed on a slide, not a slide master.
  • If you need a table with the same formatting on each slide, set up the table on a slide then add a table style:

  Click on the table to select: Inspector > Format > Table , and then click the button "+"

  Despite having looked at the tutorial on the features of the table and filling (add table edges and funds in InDesign), I still have a problem my way formatting tables I need of them.

  I want to pet the header cells to a slightly heavier weight of race on the bottom border of the cell. As this example to work in OS X Pages...
