ParetoLogic PC Health Advisor be trusted?

ParetoLogic PC Health Advisor indicated that my PC had too many duplicate files and advised to eliminate duplicates to help the system work better.  After that, now everything is just as slow as before AND it behaves as if the information is missing from different programs, whenever I try to open certain documents.

My system is Windows XP and my Microsoft Office 2007. How Windows XP and MS Office 2007 can be put back?

Use the Sysatem function, choose a restore point created before installing PC Health Advisor. If this solves the problem then remove PC health via the control panel or remove the folder of PC health.

This program is essentially RegCure (another of their products) renamed with a few gimics

Unless you know how to recover from a wandering deletion and which can be extremely difficult it is better to use a registry cleaner. They "fix" very little and 'BREAK' a lot

    Run RegCure uninstaller C:\Program Files\RegCure\uninst.exe

is the program "Parentologic PC Health Advisor" safe to use? What is really "microsoft approved" - because it claims that it is

    Hello

Yes, PC Health Advisor is sure to analyze and use. Throughout the process of scanning and repair, you will be able to see what is changed, and you can cancel at any time. If anything wrong turn, there is also a backup system full to act as a "safety net".
Regarding Microsoft products ParetoLogic are not "Approved Microsoft." However, ParetoLogic is a partner Microsoft certified.

I noticed that I have the software "PC Health Advisor" on my desktop.  I don't think that I download.  What is an automatic download of MS?  Use this software to clean my computer?  Thank you

I noticed that I have the software "PC Health Advisor" on my desktop.  I don't think that I download.  What is an automatic download of MS?  Use this software to clean my computer?  Thank you

"PC Health Advisor" is certainly not an automatic download from Microsoft.  However, a Google search indicates that it might be a legitimate program (see www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Technology/Computers/Question914473.html and other Google hits).

"PC Health Advisor" claims he can identify and remove malware.  There are good alternatives - and I think he should pay for "PC Health Advisor", if you want to use one of its features of withdrawal.

"PC Health Advisor" also includes a "registry cleaner".  However, you don't need to use a registry cleaner, and unless you really know what you are doing, I will not let it loose on your computer.  Either incidentally, I occasionally use a free program called Ccleaner to remove '_' of my computers.  However, I do not use the Ccleaner registry optional cleaner.

Windows XP provides its own tools cleaning, including (C:\WINDOWS\system32\dfrg.msc) Disk Defragmenter and disk cleanup (C:\WINDOWS\system32\cleanmgr.exe) - so I don't know if there is much of interest to pay for using "PC Health Advisor".

Furthermore, I would be very suspicious intruder program that suddenly appeared on my desk.  There are far too many fake security programs that can infect computers in Win XP.  I have no way of knowing if the "PC Health Advisor" version on your computer is legitimate - and even if it is authentic, I don't know if it's all good.  Therefore, I recommend attention.

I recommend that you run a full scan with your usual security software.  I recommend also to download and install the free versions of Malwarebytes and SuperAntispyware on your computer.  (These utilities have a good reputation to find and remove malware that escape detection by other security programs).

Automatically search for updates for both programs.  Then, perform a scan with Malwarebytes, followed by a full scan with SuperAntispyware. Alternatively, you can perform a scan of ESET online (www.eset.com/online-scanner).

  • Windows Vista drivers not install ALL or update of new pilots

About two weeks ago, I had a problem with my computer marketing and don't not loading Windows. He gave me the option to start Windows normally or repair of launch Windows. I tried to run normally and windows still only would be not loaded correctly, so the next time the computer is started, I launched the Windows repair instead.

Later, I tried to save my Blackberry smartphone on my Blackberry Desktop Software program (which has been on my computer since I bought it 01/05/2009. But it does not recognize the hardware. So I plugged back it it and it began to automatically search for the driver (Driver Installation Program). It says install software device driver and he's looking for preconfigured driver folders. Of waiting for the user to input and gives me the choice: 1) locate and install driver software (recommended) (2) Ask me 3 again later.) Do not show this message for this device.  I choose option 1 and it gives a message, DEVICE DRIVER installation of MICROSOFT WINDOWS SOFTWARE and I support on continue. It gives the message: SEARCHING WINDOWS UPDATE, WINDOWS UPDATE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING the DRIVER SOFTWARE. Then a message saying: Windows encountered a problem installing the software driver for your device. Windows found driver software for your device, but it has encountered an error trying to install it. He also says: the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Now, I didn't know what was wrong, so I tried to ask for help with material assistance and Paretologic PC Health Advisor and they are quite a few outdated drivers and asked if I wanted that they find new updated drivers, I agree.  And he again... the SAME EXACT PROCESS I HAVE INDICATED above. It will not install the drivers again and it will not install updates for all drivers more.
