  You can remove it by following these steps:
  1. Select start > run > type msconfig > press enter
  2. go the the start tab
  3. find the entry that has a command similar to c:\program files\common files\paretologic\uus2\uus and dill
  4. uncheck the box > click apply > OK

  I suggest you follow the steps mentioned below.

  a. Click Start, click all programs, then accessories.

  b. click on tools system and then scheduled tasks.

  c. in the scheduled tasks, click ParetoLogic record to select.

  d. then click "Delete this item" to remove the scheduled task
