  Acrobat has some markup tools, you can download a trial version to see how they work. You can then crop the document leaving only the part of the document that you want, and then print the scaling and centering of the pdf to adapt to any desired page size.

• How do I "crop" a part of a document to scan on HP Photosmart 7520?
