Partition deleted lost OEM OKR

By mistake when resizing, I deleted the OEM partition which stored a key recovery and want to call now. I googled a lot and read about setting up partition, but since the partition id is entirely deleted it does not work even after the partition set id. I touch s210 and a recovery key 8... Help, please

Good day and welcome to the community.

I believe that the only way that you will be able to recover from this is to contact the Service and get the disc of recovery for your machine. There may be a cost for the whole of the disc. Contact information for the India are below.

Kind regards.

  • Problems starting HP Mini 210-2100, partition deleted, flashing the line underscore, System Recovery does not

    Hi all

    my situation is like this:

When I turn on my laptop I get a black screen with a flashing underscore above it "no boot device - insert boot disk and press any key" (even if the BIOS boot order a hard drive for laptop on top). I changed this order a couple of times because I used a USB stick with Windows 7 on it (black version) to enter System Recovery Options (without USB I can't access the system recovery (F11 doesn't work not).)

My System Recovery Options window is white/empty (no operating system, the size of the partition and the location). I'm going on and click repair system that did not help (it of a loop, do not start Windows). In the Diagnostics and repair of details it is Root cause found:

The partition table doesn't have a valid System Partition.

    Repair action: Partition table repair

    Result: Completed successfully. Error code = 0 x 0

That's because before this problem starting with underscore flashing, I had another problem: "BOOTMGR is missing. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to restart» I was impatient and wanted to fix that quickly and made a big mistake, after looking on the web for some time I have found no useful websites describing how to fix it (I found one when it was already too late). I went on a channel on youtube and came with: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S8n-G9Rv2zo before I didn't know what a clean install was, I looked up 03:55 and made perfect:

    CMD:

    DiskPart

    list disk

    Select disk 0

    partition from the list

selected and deleted all 4 partitions (size: 215GB, 199 MB, GB, 103-17 MB)

created new partitions same dimensions (all the primary dimensions)

then I stopped and clicked on a cross (x) in cmd to get out when I came to a new window where I clicked on YES (I have not read what he was doing, I just wanted to go to bed because it was too late). Since there is no "BOOTMGR is missing. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart"(damage because now I know how to fix this, I was just too stupid, impatient and irresponsible), there is just a line of underscore flashing with"No boot device - insert boot disk and press any key"any of the BIOS boot order is this sentence does not disappear. He did a couple of times before, but no more.

So after this long description, my question is:

Is there a way to recover my data which I assume is lost and can not restore? I have no backups or images.

P.S. I do not installed Windows 7, I just deleted partition table and created a new.

Sorry for my English, I'm not a native speaker. Thank you in advance.

    Hi MatBar,

Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome. I'm sorry but there is no way to recover the data once you have deleted the partition. You could try a local repair facility, given that some devices of data to recover your data.

You may restore the Windows 7 operating system with disks if you find someone with the same version of Windows that you use their discs.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.

  • Envy 15 laptop: how to permanently clear the Junk folder in Partition (D :) of OEM recovery

Can't permanently remove a file which inadvertently (I don't know how) were stored in the OEM recovery Partition.  After clearing it, he always restores itself.

Problem solved.  The software associated to the drive (backup) immediately starts back up again.  Since the drive is recognized in the recovery partition, it is where the backup is stored.  By disabling the backup feature, once the folder is deleted it is not re-created.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello:

    Answers...

    1 Yes there is.

You can use all the W7 x 64 drivers and software of this model except the audio.

DO NOT USE ALL DOWNLOADS OF BIOS OR FIRMWARE FROM THIS LINK

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?OS=4063&LC=en&cc=us&DLC=en&sw_lang=&product=5278311

Audio: Accept the agreement. Download and install the second on the list (W7 x 64)

    http://www.Realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?langid=1&PNid=24&PFID=24&level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GETDOWN=false

    2. you can no longer make a W8 recovery disk, because you deleted the recovery partition.

If you want to reinstall W8, you can try this...

Upload this W8 OEM ISO file from the link below.

    https://docs.Google.com/file/d/0B0W9PBigPy94aVJWSndyTFNFMzg/edit?PLI=1

Then use this tool to make the downloaded ISO file on a key USB 4 GB or DVD bootable.

The W8 product key encrypted in the BIOS should fill the W8 installation and automatically activate.

  • Laptop computer without OS and revovery partition deleted

Hi all.  I help a friend who recently bought a used Dell laptop which seems to be in good working condition, however, it won't start.  The former owner told him that they wiped the hard drive prior to the sale, which is always a good idea.  The problem is that they have deleted partition recovery as well.   So, I headed to Dell support on the resolution of the problem.  Given that the PC is out of warranty their only solution was to sell him a new bundled software.  So, as always, seems to be the case, when everything has failed, MS is going to save the day.  Can someone tell me on what options are available to get a working copy and legal Windows working on his PC?  According to the tags on the PC, it was initially delivered with pre-installed Vista Basic.  He would be happy with just a basic OS work for now and upgrade at a later date if he decides the computer is worth the upgrade.  We are not looking for pirated copies to install, just something the OEM license can activate.  Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions that you guys can offer.

One more quick question.  When a used PC is sold, the OEM license remains with the PC?  I'm sure that it cannot be legally transferred to another computer so I assumed that he transferred to the new owner.

    Hello

If the computer/laptop comes with the preinstalled Windows operating system (Dell, HP, Acer, etc.) or is licensed to OEM System Builders, that the product key that came with the computer/laptop is preinstalled OEM license and is not transferable.

OEM license/product key (systems of operating pre-installed on Dell, HP, etc.) and the license OEM System Builders are related to the first machine it is installed on and dies when machine who dies.

Only retail Operating System license that you buy and install yourself, are allowed to be transferred to another machine.

And retail licenses also can be installed on a machine at one time.

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

You can borrow and use a DVD Vista Microsoft (selling retail or OEM System Builders License), which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

The COA sticker is either or in the battery compartment on the underside of the laptop.

With a desktop computer, it's on the side, the back or the top of the computer case.

Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as well as 32-bit and 64-bit editions different DVD lights.

Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:

"How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '

And once the operating system is installed, go to your computer manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers for your particular model or laptop computer.

And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.

  • Vista Shrink volume resulted in 75 lack space volume and 0 GB unallocated space. No possibility of partition. Lost space.

I wanted to create a partition on a 150 GB internal hard drive. It is NOT the boot drive, it's the drive D. I got more than half the volume free and retractable Vista specific volume I could use up to 90 GB. I selected 75GB for the shrink.  After the SHRINK, it resulted in 75 lack volume and space 0 GB unallocated space for the partition. Volume shrinkage has returned an error and did not provide additional instructions. Unfortunately, I don't have the error message as I deleted it by mistake. It was a small error message in Shrink.

VISTA 32-bit, updates to update... I just downloaded EASEUS Partition Master and it shows I have 150 GB of total space, unused and 0 free 90 not allocated. Looks like the problem doesn't show in the view "Properties..." (75 GB of total space, 15 GB free unused).  I don't know what the file system will be used to allocate new space. I think I'll try to copy a large file and see which uses the file system...

When I look at the following:
Computer management, storage,... disk management it says I have: Simple, Basic, disk 1, disk Local (d) 150 GB, NTFS, healthy (Primary Partition). (NO unallocated space appears on this menu)

When I look at the properties of the D: drive:
Local disk (d :)) 75 GB of capacity.

I just lost 75 GB! Help...

I don't know what happened. Shrink did not partition instructions... The space is lost forever?

When you shrink a volume you create unallocated space which should appear in computer management - I don't know why it is not appear on your system.

Maybe you can try to expand the volume to find the size of the original score (although it will wipe the data that is on the drive): http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/resize-a-partition-for-free-in-windows-vista/. (but I doubt it will work because there is no contiguous unallocated space appear).

Here is another article on how to shrink and expland a partition under Vista.  Perhaps by reading the instructions for the narrowing, you will notice something did you not (or has done, but shouldn't have).  Otherwise, extend the partition could reclaim your lost space.  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial133.html.  Yet once again, because there is no unallocated space appear, I don't know if it will work (in fact, I don't think it will be).

My best suggestion is to temporarily store the data on the disk also narrowed and then format the drive.  This should bring back to his full 150 GB and then you can try it again narrows (if you are still interested in this).

    I hope this helps.

  • Re: Can I recover my laptop OS partition deletion only?

Toshiba Satellite A300-146 with Vista Home Premium... There are 2 partition only.

I created the recovery disk... Need more partitions, I partitioned my laptop using the boot CD. I installed Vista and now it works without real key.

Now I want to recover my system with the original configuration only removal of the OS partition and not to delete all other partitions I created. Except the OS partition all partitions contain important files... Can I do this with my recovery DVDs?

    Or

If we removed all the partition can I re-partition it.. ? How... ?

Please give your idea about this...

    > Can I do this with my recovery DVDs?
    # It is not possible using recovery DVD something like that.
This is possible if the laptop has the factory settings and you want to install Vista using the recovery disk with F8 procedure and advanced boot options > fix my computer.

But it is now too late to get there.

If you have deleted the partition, it's gone.

You will need to use a flasdhdrive usb recovery or a set of recovery discs that you must have to reinstall windows.

You can buy a usb peripheral media or recovery value of HP recovery disk if you did not a game when you have had a chance.

  • How to fix partitions deleted by Windows Update

The last round of updates has wiped four partitions by changing the table to partition under Windows 7 Professional 64 bit!

After being on holiday for three weeks without a net connection, I found a multitude of necessary updates apparently when I arrived to my laptop at home.  Fortunately for me, I downloaded my photos from the laptop to the desktop machine before making updates.  (The laptop is fully protected by McAfee, with no reported problems).

One of them has changed my partition table so that only the C: drive is available.  The rest of the [space previously is now apparently 'Free space' according to the utility disk in Windows 7 Professional 64-bit management.]

Nice!  Now, I don't have my scores of programs, data, images or media.  In addition, the registry is in trouble because she still believes that all the programs installed in the partition programs are present, but can not find them there is no partition!

It seems that I find myself with an installation from scratch to straighten out the mess - unless someone out there knows better?

    Thanks a bundle, Microsoft? !! ?? !!

An update on what to fix the mess created by the updates from Microsoft on my laptop Dell Studio under Windows 7 Pro. 64 bit.

Updates rewrites the partition table, as well as four of my five partitions of Windows was "abducted"!

I found a recovery program testdisk - 6.11.3 which seems to come (once again for a VERY useful tool) through the Linux community, but works on multiple platforms.  It took several hours to get the scan of the disc, but it has found all the partitions.  Either way, they were marked as 'deleted' - thanks a bundle, Microsoft!

He tried to restore them, but failed to set the start up correctly.  Who would just have me, but I don't think that I had put the OS partition to make bootable.

In any case, after the restart to supposedly fix the problem I had no machine at all as it lacked a Boot Manager.  So with the OS install disk and try the 'Repair' system provided.  He finds that the start was a problem and promised to fix - but it is a progam of Microsoft Jefferson all the.  Guess what - no solution.  Exactly where I was before the 'fix '.

I failed to panic and run the repair.  Got a totally different interface to this second time, and after a series of checks, he returned with an offer to repair the found errors.  Since he gave a report to check, I did exactly the same thing.  Several tests in the list - the last of them was important.  He had found - guess what... a problem starting.

Because it claims to be able to solve this problem once again I let it do its stuff.  After the restart - Bingo!  All my partitions are back to work.

    A huge relief!

PS: If you have the same problem set a side a day to sort, because that's what it took me! ??

PPS: If you buy a computer without a disk OS installation you will not be able to do what I described above. The computer had a "Recovery" partition, but it was no use at all with the mess, that updates of the partitioning of the disk. Lesson: no OS install disc - find another provider!

  • HP Mini 110-3730NR, recovery partition deleted

    November 10, 2011

I bought a HP Mini 110-3730NR laptop a few months back and I started to tinker a bit with it. I downloaded this software called CCleaner and I didn't know what disk wipe was (Yes, stupid me) well anyway, I accidentally erased my recovery partitions and all other files in the drive with it. It's a Windows 7 laptop with no. place to imput a CD. Is it possible to reverse what I've done without having to pay the $ 40.00 dollars more to get a backup thumbdrive? And could I may return it to the store because my warrany expires in September 2012? Please, it is perhaps one of the worst days of my life in more ways than one. Please, have some good news for me.

    Sincerely,
    Trisatan

    Hi, Trisatan:

I'm sorry to say you are out of luck, and there is nothing you can do.

If the store will resume, lucky you.

If not, you can buy a set of recovery disks (if HP even them - I don't see that they do) and a DVD USB external drive to install with.

Otherwise, you will need to purchase a full OEM or retail version of Windows 7.

  • Need your Help_Reformat diskless resettlement and the recovery partition deleted

    Hello.

Please kindly help me to reformat my laptop G4 2014. Unfortunately I have no recovery disk and my recovery partition is already deleted.

Thanks in advance for the help that you can give her.

Just as I said, the web document, I provided the link for you to give options that are available to you.

You or someone else with access to your laptop made some decisions aware, perhaps unfortunate not to create a recovery media and removal of the recovery partition.

These decisions lead to choices that can be found on the web document that I you provided a link to.  An alternative is to buy a DVD of installation of Microsoft in the operating system of your choice.
