I have restored my ssd from disks that I made the computer when I bought it and I did everything I know to do and can not get the hp support site to give me a list of drivers for that computer. I know there must be some updated drivers for the computer 3 years, but I don't know how to get them and it is interfiering with other programs or drivers that need updated drivers that I can't. Please help me with this. I learned that the site is in place and current, but it does not work as far as I can tell, for my portable quad, dv7t-6100 cto. It's somewhat austere course - this isn't the site of HP, so you won't see the full Support pages of manuals, operating instructions and troubleshooting.

I checked the other models - those I previously checked watch this site matches the drivers supplied by HP for the model and the version of the OS.

    Hello

    Try the following.

Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp52501-53000/sp52562.exe

One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

When you are finished, download and reinstall the Chipset driver at the following link.

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp50501-51000/sp50557.exe

When the reinstallation of Chipset is finished, stop the laptop.

Disconnect the power adapter.  Press and hold both the power button / stop and pulse for 15 seconds, then release.

    Plug the power adapter.

Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f9 to load the default values (sometimes it is f5, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

Let Windows load fully, then open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  When this has completed, restart the laptop.

    Kind regards

  • Install SSD in dv7t - 6100 CTO

I installed an SSD, Intel series 330 in the dv7t - 6100 notebook and the Intel Toolbox declare transfer rate 3 Gb/s instead of the 6 Gbps I thought that this laptop should be. I have replaced the HARD original with this SSD drive and making it responsible for the windows operating system to start from scratch or clean however want to think about it. Is that what I should do to get port SATA 3 so the SSD will work at the technical speed of 6 GB/s?

If I had to guess what caused the problem and what solved the problem that I have to go with the unpluging all power and also the disc itself, then replugingmaybe in the port of secondary disk, then again in the main port. Something caused the player to assume a SATA2 initially configuration which I assume is perhaps the fact that there was a device SATA2 initially pluged into the main port. Perhaps unpluging and repluging caused a reset to the SATA3 higher transfer rate. Just a guess. One of the reasons that I don't think that it has nothing to do with the size of the disk is that rapid storage technology software intel shows the reader to 165Gigs rather than show that 158 Gigs, windows. These two readings after the narrowing of the drive below 160 GB. I don't know why they show different sizes. If the driver changes the State SATA depending on what device he sees on a particular port and then require some kind of reset to show a different device? I do not know. Anyone knows answer to this one?

  • Bluetooth problem: HP Pavilion dv7t-6100 CTO Quad Edition Entertainment Notebook PC

    Hello forums HP!

I have problems with the bluetooth in my HP dv7t-6100.

I am no longer able to see/add devices bluetooth with Windows 7 is to add a device. He was working a few weeks ago, but was (waking up from his sleep would cause the device to turn off and I should enable in Device Manager to operate).

I tried unistalling, then reinstall the drivers Wifi and different bluetooth drivers, but I can't see my bluetooth devices (which I know work btw).

Try to add the com ports manually does not work, and I can't remove them later, because I get the message error "the specified service does not exist.

And by clicking on "Choose a COM port for a Bluetooth device" brings up the help page for Spider Solitaire, which makes no sense.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you!

WELL, I GOT MY BLUETOOTH WORKS AGAINN!  (Sorry for the caps)

After turning around uninstalling and installing drivers for many hours, deletion of registry keys, reseating the bluetooth module, I finally found something that worked.

I have installed the Toshiba bluetooth stack software and unfortunately, my bluetooth has started working again! Wohoo!

It was difficult to settle at first it seemed that the installation froze on the driver real bluetooth, but just cancel and start the program caused to function normally. (I think its because my stack of drivers/bt bt were corrupt and I couldn't make them disappear completely).

So, if your bluetooth stops working to the point where mine was to, try another bluetooth stack. It should not be Toshiba, but it happens to work with my HP laptop.

    SEE YOU SOON!

  • HP Envy Phoenix: Disabling Beats Audio Sound card in desktop HP Envy Phoenix

Here's my problem, my HP Envy Phoenix office above came with Beats Audio standard install, I installed a new card his SoundBlaster Audigy 5/Rx installed fine, but one of my audio editing programs says

The output of the sound card could not be defined at this sampling frequency: 44100 Hz

Either the device does not support this sampling frequency, or it is in slave mode and its sampling frequency cannot be changed by elements of WaveLab. So how do I know if my new sound card is running in slave mode and how do I change this? or maybe disable the card Audio Beats?

    Thanks in advance,

    SP60

    SP60, welcome to the forum.

Beats Audio should automatically be turned off when the sound card is installed.  However, you can go to the control panel Audio Beats and uncheck the "Set as default device".  You can do this with the recording device, too.

Please click on the Thumbs up button '+' if I helped you and click on "Accept as Solution" If your problem is resolved.

  • HP Envy 2136nr: IDT Beats Audio - release system

Hi, I'm having some trouble using Windows 8.1 with the latest audio drivers for my machine (8.1/64-bit Windows ~ sp63555). I did not notice problems when I installed it initially, but now, I feel the random system crashes when the machine is audio playback. For example, play youtube videos or a playlist of music it can freeze for 15 seconds when trying to play every three videos/songs.

The verification tasks manager reveals that he, "Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation" the help of ~ 100% of my band hard drive bandwidth.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my drivers but the effect is always the same. However, I noticed that using the machine without drivers HP I don't seem to have the problem more (but could not use the headphone or mic ports).

Y at - it a newer version of the drivers that doesn't have this problem?

I wanted to just come back and say, I finally found a solution to my problem (for someone else who might stumble upon this thread in the future).

After removing the drivers IDT and Beats Audio of my machine software is uninstalled, it works now. It seems I missed uninstallation of software then the first Beats which caused strange behavior with the headphone/mic port.

Actions Windows drivers work fine and I have more any stall or delays playback (Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation/audiodg.exe) system. The sound quality is more or less the same as before and the acoustic Panel now has access to the tab of the unavailability.

    Hello

An idea for you would be to test the keyboard in an environment different ro see whether it is material or not.

We can check the keys start on the recovery partition and opening a command prompt.

    Turn off the laptop

Press the power button and then press F11 until the screen says recovery at the bottom left or said Windows loads the files. If it shows a different menu on your screen, you can have support too late or continues to load Windows, you may have a problem with the partition.

Then when it loads in menu option so that the program is slected. I selects "System Recovery" and then in the following menu, press FN + SHIFT + D

The keys w / test questions the prompt window commpand that opens.

  • HP ENVY m6-1125dx: Beats Audio In/Out-put pilot missing AFTER Factory Reset/OfficeProgram reinstalling Windows

    Hello

So about three months ago I had a problem with my HP mouse and browser. both were glitching on screen and does not allow me to type consistently or right-click (to copy, paste, etc.). After seeking help from technology College friends, HP reps (which were not useful since my ch isn't under warranty anymore) and work friends, no one would understand it. I decided to make a setting reset according to which did not help. Then, a factory reset. Finally, it fixed my problem, yay no glitching more! So I contacted Microsoft to reinstall my Microsoft Office. After I have reset a computer and everything was in order, I hung up with them. By attempting to play a video a few moments later, I noticed that my volume is not working. I tried through the Troubleshooting Device Manager (replied 'No audio device found'), by lifting missing audio drivers via the HP Web site (found nothing) and call Microsoft to see what they could do since HP reps no help. So far, no progress is possible except that Microsoft has discovered that he is no longer an audio in/out located on my device. This is absurd! My laptop was purchased 2 years ago for around $500 with award-winning special Beats Audio Sound System. I want to come back. I was forced to resolve the previous question myself and I wa slucky enough to find a way. But now, I am presented with an audio problem I'm afraid that I can't solve in my favor.

If someone who comes through my investigation has informed business and education with a solution to the please my problem do not hesitate to contact me with your advice and your credentials. I'm willing to try anything at this point, but of course not at the expense of my computer. Experienced responses welcome!

I hope someone can help me. Manager Microsoft is kind enough and plans to call me again today at 15:00. But, I really don't think there is anything else on our end that we can do. It's all HP to reinstall the audio driver Beats for me once again.

    Thanks in advance.
