  I bought a laptop HP pavilion 15-p203tx about 6 months ago. It came with windows pre-installed 8.1 64-bit. It is workng everything fine and smooth.

  Customer brought this new unit with 10 Windows preinstalled and I wanted to downgrade and even if its always a worry, I managed to get them to always easy downgrade but the card wifi on it gives me a hard time.

  Hi once the device is powered keep tapping F2 button then start the hard drive & test control memory if a test fails, you will need to replace the part if test passes following the steps below. Then you can try the F8 key when the power is on and try the last known good configuration. If this does not work try start repair and try to repair the unit. If these options above does not work you can try to do a system recovery restore or F11 before this please back up your data as it will be lost.

  You might as well get it cleaned internally to avoid further damage

  A month ago I bought a new 17-g153us of Office Depot Pavilion as a mixed open-box unit for a price reduced. Unit works fine so far. There are no disks or the user manual in the box. Shouldn't there be at least a Windows 10 drive included, as well as others such as card mother and/or different drivers. I see that there are a set of recovery discs available for purchase. Should not have been included with the laptop? You want to get this support until something goes wrong!

  Unfortunately, there is no HP Win10 driver for your device. HP is not no matter what timetable indicating when, or IF, they will produce drivers for older machines.

• HP Pavilion M8200N Ctr Media: Get Error Message When I run as the recovery disc for my HP M8200N media center pc

  When I ran the disk recovery software, I keep getting error screens, they all started "a problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your system.   I re-ran about 10 times about 5 different error messages.  None of the proposed solutions would work since I coundn't get to Windows.  Safe Mode respectable and cmd failed after loading files. Could not get to checkdsk /F. could not get t check material are another anywere in windows.  I tried Yes No. and recovery of the plant.  Has been a long path towards the resumption of the plant.

  Reminder of my problems with my HP:

  My HP Pavilion M8200N Ctr Media had a blue screen in the past and I've never had a problem wiping the drive, refomatting it and my running recovery disks.  I had Crypotolocker beginning of the year and cleaned the machine and manually deleated 35 k corrupt (masked and not masked).  The PC then worked for a month when a blue screen frooze it and I could not reset the registry.  I tried to clean the disc, but it wouldn't work.  Records recovery and rescue, did nothing.  Finally, I tried and old version of XP that leaves me in the drive, but the drive size 1/2 gig would only up like 131meg.

  I tried to buy a new drive for teribyte 1, but recovery software would not rcognize it.  Then, I took the reader to original HP and connected to my Linux box with Gparted on it (a powerful software partitioning and recovery).  GParted fixed the HD.  I created 3 partitions on it.   I then tested all partitions to copy files and pictures in them and then get back them.  3 all partitions functions correctly. Then I reinstalled the HD in the HP M8200N.

  When I would run recovery disk, which has always worked in the past, I got these error messages:

  IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

  CDFS_FILE_SYSTEM

  Make sure you have enough space

  NFTS_file_system

  on behalf of those that I remember well.

  Someone at - it solutions to this problem.  My wife loves his HP desktop computer and cannot use the new laptop, so any suggestion is appreciated.

  You have focused on potential problems with the hard disk have you considered maybe it's memory? If you know how to run gparted, I'm sure you can use memtest86. Make the bootable media and run a full test at startup and see if the RAM is good.

  I'll try to be complete, I'm quite technically competent in implementing network and equipment and have been working on this for over a week.

  HP Pavilion under Vista SP2 desktop computer. 2x2gb sticks of RAM.
  PC a friend, apparently blue screened during the connection of its new iPhone 5. As I said in the title, the blue screen seems to alternate between Memory_Management and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I can start in safe mode but impossible to activate the Windows service install. I installed SafeMSI and always impossible to uninstall anything. I installed Revo Uninstaller, uninstall of Windows/application still does not work, but I used it to remove iTunes, Apple Mobile Device Support, etc. Also, I can't use any network in safe mode even when the boot safe mode with networking so I can't check for solutions online. I did comprehensive RAM test-run Windows diagnostics, diagnostics of HP, MemTest86 or about (ran without error) 8, tried with each RAM stick only, tried with each in different locations, tried with two other sticks of 1 GB matched RAM, try with a different from 2 GB RAM stick, tried in all four memory locations.  I also ran ComboFix and MalwareBytes, Chkdsk, sfc /scannow...and probably others that I can't think of right now. I was going to just to reinstall Windows, but when you start the ISO that he allow me to upgrade, it will wipe the data. Same thing when running in safe mode. It blue screens a few seconds to load the office so I have no time to do anything normal start-up. Oh, I also did a start diagnosis "clean boot", etc. - blue screen every few seconds. When I boot mode safe, it works well with the obvious exception of services that I have to solve it. I also tried to boot to the last good configuration, try the Startup Repair and attempted a system restore, but event viewer informed me that all the restore points had been deleted for one reason or other. Any help would be appreciated.

  More than 80% of them were directly related to your Symantec and many others indirectly.  I would also like to delete AVG.

  I would replace both with MSE.  BTW, you win most DMP files presented by a long shot (255).

  Symantec is a common cause of BSOD.

All shows when I plug it on mine is a page showing the 'Apple iPhone' folder display of storage internal (2.18 GB free of 14.7 GB). Troubleshooting in devices and printers, where the phone displays as "Not specified Apple iPhone" generates a message saying that "Apple iPhone is an older USB device and may not work with USB 3.0 and plug it into a USB 2.0 port." But when I use USB 2.0 (I tried several times using each of the three USB ports on my PC), troubleshooting the error message says "Apple iPhone won't work correctly with USB 3.0." This seems to be a recent problem, since in March 2016, I could spend a few songs from my PC to my phone using iTunes.

  I wish I had some ideas of people who have experienced this problem, I find to be a more frustrating one.

  Well, you aren't the only one. This just freakin happened to me. I spent the last three hours with apple and Windows supports. Now I'm reinstalling Windows 10 by last resort of Windows support councils. I got the same message USB. In iTunes, under devices something removed my 5s and the iPad. But it remains 6 s wife. I tried my computers 2-(SS) 3.0 ports and 1 port 2.0 ordinary. I tried all four thinners cables I have. I will let you know the result of the Windows reinstall.

  I can't access the Internet via ethernet or wireless. It seemed to happen after an update of Windows 10.

  Other computer and android phone can access the wireless. When I click on the wireless icon, I see different networks, including mine. However, it is said, "No Internet, secure."   I had my Pavilion dv8 for awhile.  I started having problems with the slider treble/bass control. He would sporadically pop-up and begin to change the treble or bass at irregular intervals. He also unplug randomly my wireless connection. I tried to solve the problem by downloading a driver, but the problem remains. At first, it was just a little annoying, fixed by clicking the mouse or pressing the upper button of the internet, but now it of REALLY boring, popping up even as I write this post. But there is no driver for Windows 10. Someone at - it solutions?

  I'm new to the forum, so I hope I posted in the right place.

  My product: HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab045sa (ENERGY STAR)

  I have all the gestures of touchpad usual work (three stroke of finger etc).  However, the recent to THE introduced a new gesture to switch virtual desktops. I was really looking forward to this update, but this gesture does not work! I tried to reinstall the update with erase everything and it still does not work!

  I don't understand why it does not work as I have a touchpad of accuracy and all other gestures of work except this new! Also even if some gestures of work (for example three finger swipe), I don't think that win 10 recognizes the touchpad of precision like under settings of the mouse and Trackpad, what it does not say that I have a touchpad of precision and so does me no options to change what are the gestures, as it should.

  I have the Synaptics TouchPad of SMBus 19.2.11.38 driver (21/07/2016).

  Would really appreciate your help as I was really looking forward to the new gesture switch virtual desktops.
