  your machine has no docking port cannot do so all normal / standard port USB duplicator (also called dock). My suggestion to buy a "dock" which have DisplayLink certified for the addition of multiple monitors if you want later. HP 3005pr USB 3.0 is good:

  A colleague recently bought a HP laptop, off a QVC shopping channel as a replacement for an older desktop computer.

  She asked for assistance in obtaining its transferred files.  In conversation, she is also looking for something that will allow him to cling easily to its large monitor, mouse, etc. without havin plug them each time.

  Henge Docks are just a docking station, no software required, and any other features. Make sure to work your hard MBP while closed but, I think that life has been shortened on my Macbook, because it has been used mainly in the dock and couldn't cool properly with the lid closed all the time. The logic board failure.
