Pavilion g6: Hewlett-Packard Windows 7 backgrounds

Hi, I had my laptop filtered, cleaned and upgraded, in doing so, all the files that have been deleted. I'm taking back as much as possible. There is a website where you can download the backgrounds for this laptop specific in time, now I can't find it. I remember characters zune, mabinogi, little fairy people on one flower, another in the Woods, collecting the hearts. Someone at - it a file this?

Thanks for the link it was not very useful but it helped me to do a little more digging and I found them. They were not the wallpapers individual but a set for the theme.

I can't believe that I had a hard time to find when it was directly on the window s page! Thanks Bing!

  • Increase the RAM of my laptop from Hewlett-Packard HP Pavilion g4!

    Greetings!

First of all, I can't find the model number of my laptop, even if I follow these steps here, http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108

But when I check my control panel > system and security > system, I found these details:

    Manufacturer: DriverPack Solution

Model: Hewlett-Packard HP Pavilion Notebook PC g4

    Rating: 4.7

    : Processor Intel (R) Core (TM) i3 - 2310 M 2.10 GHz, 2.10 GHz

Installation of memory (RAM): 4.00 GB

    System type: 64-bit Operating System

My friend told me it's HP Pavilion g4 1001tx

Originally, the installed memory is 2,00 GB, then I upgraded to 4.00 GB. Now my question is that I can improve to 8.00 GB? Say to 4.00 GB.

Should what kind of RAM I buy?

Please tell me everything related to my question.

Your help will be very appreciated.

    Thank you

  • Pavilion dv7: lost all my art background Win 7 win 10 update

    Hi all

I've updated recently for Windows 10.  Something that I really don't think at the time was that this could remove all the art of the beautiful wallpaper which was commissioned by HP in 2012 of artists talented for Windows 7.  In particular, the background of 'Water' from Alexis Marcou:

I liked this background and have traveled the internet trying to find him.  Anyone know if I could get it again from HP, or am I out of luck?  Or, is it really still hidden something hand in my OS 10 win and if yes, where can I find it?  Any help is very appreciated.

    Thank you

    Paul-

Success!  Since I knew that the path of file base thanks to your instructions, I followed the trail in my Windows 10 and they are found here:

    This PC > Windows > Web > Wallpaper > backgrounds for Hewlett-Packard

I can say honestly I never thought looking for Windows > Web to find wallpapers, and they were not coming in all default options Win 10 under desk > customize.  Thank you very much for your help.

  • updates failed every night for Hewlett Packard Imaging printing HP Photosmart 6520 series NULL

Since I have my printer photosmart 6520 02/12/2012 every night he's trying to update Hewlett Packard photosmart HP 6520 series print NULL Imaging... .and it fails every time.  I have a desktop HP P 7 1010 and since I got a new printer, I have an exclaimation point on my computer and it says the problems and when you do it it's is not drivers and it shows NO FIXED.  When you close the session at night, he tries to update the NULL characters again and it fails every time.  I spoke with people from your service many times for more than an hour and they can't solve the problem.  Help, please

I did some research on the problem of another user, and looks like it's just a ghost update.  Basically, an update 'ghost' is an update that was for the device, but unit has newer drivers which causes the update failing to keep.  The only thing you can do is to hide the update, or ignore it.  Windows will continue to try to push it, but your printer does not need it.  If she didn't need the update, it would install right.  You can find the thread where I helped another user below.  I hope this helps.

  • The Hewlett-Packard 786 7 v01.02 BIOS update

    Hello

I installed a nvidia geforce gtx 560 card ti graph in the workstation HP xw4400 of my son as a Christmas gift, and I get the following error message:

"Your computer's system firmware includes enough information to set up and use this.

My understanding is that I need to update the BIOS, but I can't find an update for Hewlett-Packard 786 7 v01.02 on this site. I've attached a screenshot of system information.

Thanks in advance for your support.

The XW4400 is currently in the BIOS v2.07 Rev A, 8 December 2010 , but the history tab provides no story at all... so I can't find the old versions of BIOS and as such can't see if it's OK to jump directly from v1.02 to v2.07 without problem...

But the tab notes relase v2.07 includes following:

This package contains the system BIOS (BIOS family 7 786) and BIOS image the and remote flash utility for the HP xw4400 workstation. These utilities can be used to restore or update THE system BIOS. System BIOS is the operating system
    independent.

If the BIOS linked above is for your XW4400 that uses the BIOS 786 7 family...

But please note that the XW4400 has only updates for XP & VISTA and not Windows8. So the XW4400 updates may or may not work as expected when it is used with Windows 8. Both such and especially with a BIOS update that can be risky, I won't use the method of updating windows (HPQFlash) flashing the BIOS from version HPQFlash may not be completely compatible Win8... Instead, I would like to use the 'flash-BACK' or "BIOS CD" methods.

You can learn more about the different methods of updating BIOS by looking at all the README files in sp51215.exe. You can either run sp51215.exe to unzip the contents of c:\swsetup\sp51215\ (but do not perform a bios update, just close the tool) or 7-zip to directly view the content of sp51215.exe...

    [edited to add following]

Some other info on your error code 35 can be seen here and here.

Seems that a pilot unit 35 error code can be fixed with a BIOS update, but only if the manufacturer has taken the trouble to make the necessary changes to properly allocate resources to the card...

As a species at HP by doing as little work as possible, my still under warranty Z210 running Win7 Pro 64 bit has issues with Estate HDD support. The last driver from HP TSRI is version 10.6.0.1002, which plays well with my hard drives Estate because they appear as removable devices... Last iRST driver Intel 13.2.4.1000 does not support the "cougar point" such chipset used in my Z210 and causes weird problems when I Estate connected HARD drive (and sometimes when not connected)... But Intels TSRI version 12.9.0.1001 driver supports chipsets "cougar point" and so I can finally esata hard drive appears as removable devices...

Unfortunately, HP has not bothered to update their drivers for centuries and they stay with a 10.6.0.1002 defective TSRI pilot... As you seem, HP wont always do the necessary work, and it's on a support and still under warranty machine... I call it "HP." Support '...

The update of the BIOS may or may not help your situation, but in all cases, you have still some problems with drivers and the Windows 8 to settle as the XW4400 was never certified for Win8. You may need to perform a job detective to ensure that drivers, especially the chipset drivers, used during the Win8 installed and updates post install actually support the hardware itself... He is a guy to know what is the problem that the documents appear to be getting dumbed down and therefore, you will need to do a lot of reading...

Otherwise, you could try to install a different generation or make card but a bike may have been a more easy Christmas gift...

    See you soon...

    I see some problems.

I have a HP Pavilion 15-n267el, but I can't find any info on the motherboard, which is ' Hewlett Packard 2166 (U3E1).

I need them to possible improvements, for what concerned RAM, HARD drive (and maybe SSD) and CPU.

    Thank you, oft help

The service manual contains all the information available to the public on the device, including the motherboard:

    Manual

You have the i7-4500U CPU, which is the top one available. The CPU is soldered to the motherboard, so there is no easy way to even try to improve it.

It will take 16 gigabytes of Ram in modules of 2 x 8 gig DDR3L-1600.

And you can replace the hard drive with an SSD. It is prepared in the manual, but if you need more help post back.

Unable to get sound from my speakers on desktop Hewlett-Packard pc7-1010.

    Hi Judith,

I suggest to refer to the article and follow the steps. Here is the link for your reference.

No sound from speakers (Windows 7)

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&LC=en&DLC=en&docName=c01884922

Check if the speakers are working correctly in Device Manager.

To do this, follow these steps:

    a. on the desktop, press the Windows key + R and type devmgmt.msc and press enter to open the Device Manager.

    b. develop sound video and game controllers and right click on the driver.

    c. select Properties , and then check to see if the device works properly under Device Status.

Is there a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark inside, then it indicates that there are some problems with it.
