  I have HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11-e110nr; 64-bit Windows 8.1, which is only a year old.  I get a message that my battery capacity is low and now I need to get a replacement of the battery.  But my problem is that I can't find anyone who has for my type of laptop batteries.  I went through the HP website to seek the replacement of the battery for my laptop and there is nothing.  Everywhere I go in stores or Web site and I don't see anything about a battery for my laptop.

  I have a huge problem... I installed Windows 7 64 BIT on this computer and I can't get the ethernet and wireless services to work. Can someone please help me find the right drivers for these devices to work. Any driver who introduced to Windows 8 has worked, BUT those for the enternet and wireless adapters.   Go to Device Manager.  There should be a category of other devices containing a list of devices that need drivers under this category.

  The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the AMD graphics driver, if you don't have already done.

  Your laptop is not supported by HP for W7 and especially not supported for 32-bit operating systems.

  As a last resort, try to manually install the W7 x 64 graphics driver from the support page and the driver of your laptop (sp66999).

  I explored the driver file, and there are 32-bit included in this file drivers.

  OK, so I have a 4 GB stick in there from when I bought the laptop, but I thought to add more so I got some crucial. Unfortunately for me, it is not a 'door' bit convenient for me to open to access the RAM, so I have to take everything... from ahead. For the first time I put in RAM, I kinda had to put a force on the subject, you know (first time ever put RAM in a laptop), but the metal little clamps on the sides don't click so I just opened the pliers, put it in there then their closed. I said "well I hope that it works" and good thing the computer turned on and everything but when I went to the system (I have Windows 8) they say I have only 4 GB installed. I took it apart again (pain in the ass, you mind) and went out of the RAM and once more tried with the clamps snapping, of course, has not. So I decided to do the same thing and who knows what happened? THE SAME THING. OK now I'm checking the BIOS as well and he also says 4 GB so now I'm here. Please help me: c

I upgraded my windows PC 8.1 for Windows 10 (64-bit) and bluetooth in the box wireless icon is missing and I do not see the bluetooth drivers in the device manager driver custom anymore.my bluetooth introduce yourself at all, I tried unistalling all pilots under networking and their resettlement and my internet has and is working fine. Although the bluetooth does not appear in the devices I have no idea why I worked hours so he could work with anything does not. Also I do not understand how the Bluetooth support service can run withpout a good driver installed. I just want to be able to use my headset bluetooth on my laptop.
