  Make sure that you change in the Acrobat application using Acrobat PDF | Edit PDF files, and not in Acrobat Reader DC. As Acrobat Reader DC can't edit PDF files.

  Make sure that you have installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Acrobat Reader DC Learn & Support, then sign using your Adobe ID, where you have the subscription, the Adobe export in PDF format. Then follow the steps in this KB document using Acrobat Reader. Export PDF to Acrobat Reader DC to export PDF files.

• Paid for the PDF Document Cloud services, but no service

  My bank account shows payment paid Adobe $ 23.88 for annual services two weeks ago, but to connect to convert PDF to Word - applications from Adobe that I 'sign up now' for the account that has already been paid. Apparently, no one is available at the customer service on weekends to help - with the exception of the Forum.   My roommate has downloaded a manual from LG Electronics cell phone in format .pdf (Adobe). The download is complete on Firefox. It double click on the download finished in the 'Download', its pc box became very slow and finally frozen. It is running Windows XP Media since 2004 / 2005.

  Ran Iolo System Mechanic and has been able to run the tests in two (2). One of the physical drive and the other to the integrity of the partition. Nothing helps. A ran Norton recovery and found no errors. Performed a chkdsk /r and no mistake. Ran a chkdsk/p and found errors, but was not fixed. Any suggestions about where to start?

  I would like to thank all those who helped in my installation of Windows 8 Preview of consumer. He didn't find any problems of incompatibility with Norton a few months back and HP support said that the hard drive has been ruined, and I had to buy one of them after receiving the disks to install Win 7 again. Instead, I have used Drive Scrubber from Iolo System Mechanic and installed Win 7 perfectly. I'm now back with Windows 8. ALL of you are awseome!

  Apart from the pdf printing problem can you print other programs such as Word, Notepad, or Wordpad? Try to go to the event viewer and see what errors are being given in the viewer list. Also during activation of the print spooler service, make sure that the spooler depends on all the services are started as well.

  Access Event Viewer: right click on computer and select manage. Click event viewer, and then expand the view so that you can access the different categories. Expand Windows logs, and then click Application. Scroll down and see what kind of errors you found and see if that helps you evil pulls on the question. Post what you find in this thread.

  Looking for services that depend on: click console in the management of the computer Services. Click Services and Applications and then click Services. Find the print spooler and double-click to view the properties. Watch dependent services for the spoooler and to ensure that these services are started and running as well. If one or more of the dependent services do not work this may cause your spooler to stop working as well.
