  PDF to Word, Excel or any other format conversion is one of the most complex things, you can try to do it with a PDF file.   Do you receive an error message?

  Also, try the following steps:

  1. disconnect from the Application (Reader), click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen, and then click Sign Out, proximity reader.

  2 - Launch Reader again and login and try to use the PDF services.

  3 - If you use https://cloud.acrobat.com/ , click on the upper right of the screen and click sign out, close the browser and try again.

  4 - also, try using a different Web browser to connect and check if you are able to use the services.
