  I solved it! I had to use the original URL shorter links to create

  functional hyperlinks or try to short the links using Google URL Shortener.

  I don't know why it worked by doing this, but he did!

  In case you want visitor to click a button and open the PDF file in the browser, you can try following:

  1. create a button (Rectangle or text box)

  2. click on the button and go to the hyperlink menu and click on "link to file".

  

  3. navigate to the PDF file and select it.

  This will create a hyperlink to the file and it will open in the browser if someone clicks on the button.

  By habit, I tend to combine PDF files in the Page pane by right-clicking thumbnails then 'Insert of Pages'-> 'From File'. For me, this preserves the tags of these two documents, although the tags may have to be moved to the correct location (if I remember correctly the tags for inserted pages are put at the end of the tag structure, regardless of where the pages are inserted), if I put the tags in the document to insert into a container as a Section tag It makes the process easier. Travel set of tags in the right place is the only re-fixing that I remember having to do. What behavior you encounter?

  Work does not have PDF files. You need Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader.

  Its sounds like .pdf reader does not display large images as a default value. It is on as a default but it is quite common to go out!

  Try to open the .pdf preferences drive and in the section "Page view", select "view large Images" in the Page content and information section "" "

The editor asked us (Packer book, for which I get) to deliver a PDF file to the printer. I asked how the files for the index tab pages should be sent, but I don't have that indirect communication with a printer that can be non-English speaker - the answer to my questions was minimal, just give the size of the tabs and placement.   I agree that by copying and sticky from PDF to Word maunally are really difficult and tedious work. I have encounterd this problem before. Fortunately the problem can be solved perfectly now. I recommend AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter, which is totally free for months before. This conversion mode supports three app - batch, partial, right-click conversion and it even supports encrypted PDF conversion, previously you must have legal rights. And the conversion quality is superb, all the original text, page, images and hyperlinks will be preserved in an editable word document. It is more useful than those software online for free. It will be useful.

  I think the problem I had was that some of the PDF files is served by Web sites with a "header" (I don't really know what that means) called "Content-Disposition: attachment", and when this happens, Firefox refuses to load them into the integrated PDF Viewer. (I don't know why Web sites this.)

  It is very helpful, especially because Firefox gives no indication as to what is happening (why the user preference for a PDF file is not respected). I just thought that the PDF Viewer was broken and spent hours trying to fix it.

  I guess you tried switching spectators between the internal viewer and the Adobe plugin. If this article does not, steps: How to disable the built-in PDF Viewer and use another Viewer. Sometimes behind switching will allow to correct an error in the settings file.

  You can rename or delete the settings file that stores these associations and have Firefox regenerate. If the file is corrupt, this could be the only option that works. Here's how:

  Open your current Firefox settings (AKA Firefox profile) folder using

  Help > troubleshooting information > "view file" button.

  Leave this window open, activate any Firefox window and quit the program (for example, the file menu > exit or Firefox menu > Exit)

  Pause while Firefox finishing his cleaning, then rename the mimeTypes.rdf to something like mimeTypes.old

  Restart Firefox. Your likely PDF preferences will be reset to the internal PDF Viewer, but you can activate the Adobe plugin as described in the above-linked article.
