  CS6 Bridge or Lightroom 5.7 can recognize the Canon raw (Canon 60 d camera) file.

  I think I found the answer - EOS Utility was running in the background and the 60 d can 'talk' more than a software download. After you have uninstalled the EOS Utility, things seem to work.

  My product is the HP ENVY 15 TS laptop.

  OS: 8.1 64-bit Windows

  A few days ago, I upgraded my windows to windows 8 to 8.1 windows and found that no noise from HDTV when hook up my HDMI cable however video is perfectly fine. I was completely baffled because the audio was working perfectly fine before the upgrade to Windows 8.1. I tried several solutions posted on other forums, such as install other drivers and uninstall the IDT High Definition Audio Driver and then scan for hardware changes. I checked the HDMI cable and it works very well with the other laptop.

  Device Manager is needle 2 device:

  High definition audio device (yellow own showing)

  IDT High Definition Audio CODEC

  When I open the properties of the audio device high definition, that is to show:

  This device cannot start (code 10)

  {Operation failed}
  The requested operation failed.

  If anyone knows how to solve the problem, please help me

  Audio driver IDT (portable speakers) seems to work very well.

  The problem is probably with the Intel graphics driver that controls the HDMI audio.

  My recommendation would be to install the latest Intel graphics driver from the link below and see if that fixes the problem.

• Unable to detect the Canon RAW files

  I have several Canon cameras where I have no problem importing RAW files. However, I just bought a 6 d and can't Lightroom to recognize one of its RAW files.

  Shooting native RAW + jpeg

  I use Lightroom 7.5.1 8.5 Windows in 64 bit mode
  My drop-down list plugins Photoshop says that the RAW file is version 8.8.0.397

  For me, it was suggested that there is a fix for the firmware for this particular problem.

  I am able to find references to this problem with the Nikon camera, but not my Canon model.

  The problem has been resolved by a new update of the firmware of the Canon.

  Lightroom 4.2 should have no problem recognizing and importing files 5DMk3 Canon. In fact, I imported about 200 such files late last night. So, there's something else with your installation.   In my lab at home, I am able to do with VMware vSphere Flash Read Cache (vFRC) practical, I don't have SSD on my desk.

  In vmware workstation-11, I created a 5.5 esxi and added the local hard disk. It is an SSD not and I've marked as SSD.

  in VC the reader is now considered ssd however in VMware vSphere resource management Flash when I click on add ability he is unable to see the SSD (not marked as ssd).

  As far as I KNOW, the SSDS should be visible as "local". You can run the command.esxcli storage core device list -d   and check if the device is showing as local ssd

  The drivers I found on the Toshiba page don't work anymore.

  You have no sound on your laptop or you cannot burn a CD with your CD/DVD drive?

  The fact is that DON T need all the drivers for the CD/DVD drive. The operating system uses Microsoft own driver!
  If you want to burn media, you must install a burning like Nero for example software!

  Welcome to the HP Forums! I understand your concerns with your Photosmart 5520. Try these troubleshooting steps to try to solve your problem:

  Please uninstall the software to printers on your computer. I'll give you a document from HP on Uninstall from Add / Remove programs. (Unplug the USB cable from the computer at this point.)

  Then clean your Temp folder on your computer:

  1) click on the Start Menu

  (2) open your box run

  (3) type folder

  4) press Ctrl and a set, which will highlight everything in this file

  (5) make a right click on your mouse, then click on remove

  Now, install the full features on the site of HP software here. (Do not connect the USB cable into your computer until it prompts you to connect.)

  If you are still having the same problem, please try another USB cable to see if that makes a difference.

  Also, I'll give you additional information on USB Device troubleshooting.

  3054 j611 printer.  great laptop worked until last week could not recognise the printer again. RELOADED software.  IPad and desktop work ok

  Think that I have now.  RELOADED software for about 5 times and now seems to work.
