  I have a brand new Pavilion 17 t. I received 24 February 2016 and it's now March 5, 2016. When I had first touchscreen laptop all the features worked well. Sine, then I had a couple of updates from HP that requires restart. Two days ago I noticed the touch function is more worked. When I go to the pen and touch the properties of all the buttons are grayed. I know it's possible that among the updates may be turned off. How can I find out what happened and to cancel it.   In order to close some this thread, I tried something "Off the wall" on my laptop and it actually worked.

  Suspecting that maybe the nVidia Control Panel and the Windows 7 multi-screen applications are arguing somehow, I open the nVidia Control Panel and changed the positioning of the two external monitors (their rotation from left to right). Then, I swapped them back to where they were before. My laptop screen is disabled.

  After you apply the 'changes' (no real changes were made, you mind), the Acer's T272HL now displays "Pen and Touch available" on the "Tablet PC settings" dialog box in Control Panel of Windows 7. I could properly select the Acer T272HL monitor the touch events and it all seems to work as expected.

• Wacom Bamboo Pen and Touch killed my Photoshop

  I have a new laptop with Win 7 64 bit and Photoshop works great since last week and the other half because I got the computer. I installed a new Wacom Bamboo Pen and Touch Tablet and now does not open Photoshop.

  I get a message "Adobe Photoshop has stopped working" before the program even loads. I downloaded the latest Wacom drivers and installed those and no change.

• Pen and touch with Photoshop CC synchronization problem

  So, I recently bought a drawing tablet to use while painting in Photoshop.  This works perfectly for everything, except when it comes to Photoshop.  The program knows that I want to paint with the Brush tool, it repsonds and recognizes even pressure that I put on the Tablet, but it not to do so in harmony with the cursor... When I use the Brush tool, "painting" is not on the slider, but upward and to the left of this one.

  For example, if I try and put a single point in the middle of the page using the Brush tool, I would like to move the cursor in the middle of live, press down, and him point looks upward to the left where I hit.

  I know that this isn't a problem with my tablet, because I've already updated the driver and I tested it on all other programs.  The only time where the problem occurred was when I went to CC in Photoshop and use the Brush tool... all the tools in perfectly in sync with the cursor.

  This does not sound like something that we have seen, and I think that something is happening at the level of the driver.

  One thing to try is to change your laptop computer at 100% scale factor:

  -Go to control panel > hardware and sound > display

  Change the cursor to 'small '.

  Log off, then back to try.

  I just bought the Asus Zenbook UX303LA DB51T expected to be a touch screen.  Every place I looked on the internet, said it's touch, the store that I bought announced that it touches, and I was not able to find evidence of a tactile non-ecran online model.  But nothing happens when I touch my screen, and under settings PC PC and peripherals-PC info-Pen and touch, it says "no net or touch input is available for this view."  Accidentally buy a Zenbook non-ecran touch or is my laptop simply unable to recognize the touch screen for a reason any?

• Keyboard and touch pad stopped working on Satellite L750

  My laptop L750 keyboard and touch pad stopped working on start up. I now use a USB mouse and on-screen keyboard to do anything either. I have tried several things to fix, but nothing seems to work.

  I've updated keyboard drivers, tried related work key, updated and run antivirus software and restored to a point in time before the show. Still no luck.

• "Bookmarks and history system is not functional" with corrupt files found by Avast and slow loading Web sites ONLY in Firefox

  Firefox is the only browser that allows me to connect with my microphone. I need to use this feature for an online class. Earlier tonight, the message invites me to grant or deny permission to site class to use the microphone stopped appearing and without this registration only will pick up all the sounds and I can't save anything.
