I'm afraid you'll have to wipe the device.

To perform a security Wipe please follow the instructions below. Be sure and use the BB link to perform a backup before proceeding with the full wipe:

    http://www.BlackBerry.com/BTSC/KB33591

Once the wipe is complete, you pouvez restore your backup.  However, keep in mind that the data in the backup can be the source of the original problem and restore can restore the problem, as well. To compensate for this, I recommend that you not restore the passage of the backup settings.

  • Win 7 64 bit - 3rd third party apps won't open Windows dialogs (save money, save, open, import, etc.)

I'm running Windows 7 pro 64-bit. I have Office 2010 installed and a host of 3rd party applications. The problem is that all my 3rd party apps are impossible to open a dialog box or the child window.

For example, if I use Open Office and am writing or Calc and go to save a document by clicking file > save, the Open Office window will quickly blink a couple of times and nothing will happen. No dialog box opens. Therefore, I'm unable to save the file. Keyboard shortcuts don't work either for this purpose. However, if I change the options in the preferences of Open Office to use dialog boxes Open native Office, then everything works fine.

The only problem with this approach is that very few applications have this option. All native applications of MS just excellent work. It's only a 3rd party app problem. So, what I get out of this is that there is probably a registry problem where applications are trying to make a call, but the key is no longer there or corrupted in some way. I'm trying not to reinstall Windows 7 because I don't want to go through the pain to reinstall all applications.

Things I've tried so far: uninstall antivirus, repair Windows, disable all controls user account, disable firewall, compatibility running administrator mode, mode reinstall application, latest updates of windows, video drivers, safe mode and updated firmware mobo. No dice. I do not have a restore point to before time, I started to notice the problem. I'm not sure that I have installed, uninstalled or removed which may have caused the issue.

This problem is killing me. Any help is appreciated.

    Hello face down.

There are a few things you can try to see if it helps.

One, run SFC/scannow to see if you have files corrupted in Windows 7 system.
    Click Start
Type: CMD, according to the results, right-click CMD
    Click on "Run as Administrator"
At the command prompt, type: sfc/scannow

This will check for any violation of the integrity and repair any damaged operating system files.

    Reboot your system.

KB Article ID: 929833 - how to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows Vista or Windows 7

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929833

Then, try and see if you are still not able to open Windows dialog boxes. If this isn't the case, then I think your next option would be to do a upgrade in Place who fixes Windows 7.
However, you will need to have the Windows 7 DVD.

The upgrade in place is a tool to fix the system. Thanks to the special upgrade process, we will be able to repair the system. The upgrade in place will not affect the settings like photos, movies, documents, etc. that are saved on the computer. Although this operation will not remove or modify the files and installed programs, I suggest always that you back up important files before you do. In addition, you may need to reinstall the device drivers after this operation.

The detailed steps are included as below:

    On-site upgrade
    ====================
1 log on to the system first.
    2. Insert the Windows 7 DVD in the DVD drive of the computer.
    3. Click Start and select computer.
    4. find the "setup.exe" file in the DVD-ROM and double-click it.

    5. click on install now.

    6. When you are prompted to enter the product key, please click Next directly without entering any key. The installation wizard will prompt and ask if you confirm to install Windows 7 without the key and choose please confirm.

    7. When you get to the screen ' which type of installation you want', click upgrade to upgrade the Windows 7 system files.

Note: When running the upgrade on the spot, the system will restart automatically (several times) to merge the files and programs, please leave the computer alone and does not configure it until the 'upgrade on the spot"finished. The system should start Windows 7, once it is upgraded. Once the computer is running "upgrade on the spot", you can go and leave the computer and it completes automatically.

Please answer back with an update and let us know if it helps.

    Marilyn

  • No CC app won't open

At first, I tried to open the first, but when I tried, it would show the loading screen, and then that would simply disappear. No error message or anything, it stops just work.

I have uninstalled all applications CC, used the cleaner, reinstalled, and now NONE of my apps will work. Each of them hang at the loading screen.

When I try to open After Effects, I get an error message that says: "after effects error: current Crash.". Last recorded message has been: 8900 > < FLT > < 1 > oversize potential effect remove found: Universe_Utilities_Compare_Frames, actual length: 36, remove limit: 31 "and then when I click OK, I get this message:" once the effects cannot continue: Sorry, after effects crashed. " Using After Effects and support, go to http://www.adobe.com/go/learn_ae_support. If you can't always solve the problem, contact Technical Support of Adobe (2).  ( 0 :: 42 )"

After effects is the only application where I get an error message.

    In addition, Photoshop repeatedly moved.

I tried to make another user, trashing of records preferably, etc., change.

I don't know what else to do.

    My computer:

Eight cores AMD 8350 (4.0 ghz) processor

    32 GB of ram

    8.1 Windows 64-bit

    x 64 processor

    Update 4

Try to defragment my disk, given the error message. Could not defragment, because my task scheduler is not running. Unable to get Task Scheduler to run and finally had to reset my WinSock.

    To do this:

In your main/Admin account, hold down the Windows key and press X.

    Select prompt (Admin)

A window will appear. In this window, type:

    netsh winsock reset

Reboot your system in Normal Mode.

Your programs should open and functioning properly now.

On a side note, and the salvo of thanks for all the help I received on this forum.  Work, guys.

  • Apps not to open after updating ios 9.3.2

I've just updated my ios 9.3.2 software and everything, but one of my apps won't open. It's as if they have not yet been downloaded, but according to iTunes they are. The one app that works is the one I downloaded after upgrade to iPhone 6 s.

  • Uninstalled creative cloud; Why CS6 apps does not open?

I cancelled my Creative Cloud 2014 subscription two weeks ago. Wanted to just use CS6 apps rather (Photoshop, InDesign). At that point, they still opened fine. But every day, Adobe sent a message of RENEWING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, huge, boring box. So I tried to uninstall CC2014: both the apps and the CC Manager. Apparently, it was a mistake. Because now these CS6 apps won't open; Instead, I get a RENEWED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION box that directs me to the subscription manager to renew the creative cloud.

So I tried to reinstall the program to uninstall creative cloud for re - uninstall. Did not help. I tried to use the cleaner creative cloud. Did not help. Even reinstalled CS6 from the original CD. These applications will not always be open. I have to assume there is some software glitch - a few rest line coding, perhaps, of a bad uninstall - blocking audit for CS6 on the Mac.

What can I do to get these apps CS6 to open? They open fine on my Mac for backup. Then of course, there is a small problem that I need to correct on my primary iMac.
