  The problem was because I was using a NLS_LANG that contains a space in the value and it is surrounded by quotes like NLS_LANG ='NLS_LANG ARABIC_SAUDI ARABIA. AR8MSWIN1256', which worked very well with reports.

  So I put NLS_LANG to the two forms and reports ARABIC_EGYPT reports.sh default.env. AR8MSWIN1256 OR ARABIC_AMERICA. AR8MSWIN1256

  There is an easy solution if you use GoDaddy's Web hosting.  Just a warning, this only works if you use GoDaddy Web hosting and forms of the Muse.  This isn't a problem with Muse for as long as it is a setting that needs to be adjusted on all that the host you are using.

  1. Place the shape in the Muse. Make sure to add the correct settings, that is, the e-mail address that will receive the forms.
  2. Next step is to navigate to your cPanel on GoDaddy.  This is where you manage your web hosting.
  3. On the main page of cPanel, scroll up to where it says ": Email".
  4. Click on "MX", which is located just below the 'accounts '.  This is the mail server setting.  By default, GoDaddy assume you are using a GoDaddy mail account.
  5. Make sure "Remote mail server" is checked on and that "Local mail server" is turned off.
  6. Your form should now be functional.

  The problem with the forms of the Muse and GoDaddy is that GoDaddy assumes that you will welcome your emails via GoDaddy.  If you have configured an e-mail address for your shape in the Muse that isn't an e-mail address hosted GoDaddy, GoDaddy and then do not accept by default. You must give permission to GoDaddy to send a form to what GoDaddy considers that an email "at a distance".

  I hope this works for anyone who has struggled with form when using of Muse forms that are hosted on GoDaddy servers.

  Therefore, I created a temporary table with this data and made a left outer join with the other 3 table. It runs a few seconds and I can say all the data I am able to take less than 15 minutes to 6 hours.
  
  So my question is that why Oracle is a strange behavior.
  
  I tried all approaches to avoid this kind of behavior methods but unable to produce the same thing as how I did in the second approach.
  
  For example, I joined the first two tables and use NO_MERGE hint with the third table and always NO_MERGE, PUSH_PRED's not going anywhere. I tried Inline view and it doesn't give me any improvement in performance.
  I'm tempted to do it using WITH Clause with two tables and then joined the data set with the third table. But still does not.
  I tried hint ORDINATE and yet so big difference.
  I even tried to force some clues which are presentm, but the 50Million cost ranges from 200K.
  I think I'm exhausted all the possibilities.
  
  I'd appreciate any Oracle guru can help me what is the issue.

  You could start trying to impose (with extensive predicates) what you discover or believe work better.
  In this case I usually found the ansi syntax not useful and often the optimizer ignore my intentions:(mais il n'y a pas de mal essayer)

  Concerning the long connection times, have you tried to use the network (such as Wireshark) packet capture software to determine that the client computer when a connection attempt is initiated?

  The Oracle database time can help the model statistics and wait events extensive system you diagnose performance problems related to poor (you should not only look at the statistics, but rather capture the current values, wait a while, statistics capture again and compare the evolution of the values of the statistics). A statspack report may also help - but a trace 10046 to level 8 or 12 is more appropriate if you are able to identify a few sessions that have performance problems.

  I claim not just blindly changing the settings, even if I'm curious about:
  * Why the session level setting OPEN_CURSORS is set to 5000 - you expect a single session to hold cursors open 5,000?
  * Why do you use the obsolete RULE based optimizer?
  * Why the MEMORY_TARGET parameter is used when the target SGA_TARGET and PGA_AGGREGATE are specified?

  • Please please understand what HTML is generated and how to inspect. Once you do this, you can easily eliminate many problems with selectors not seeming to work. A text box is not an input for example element.
    
  • Boxes rely on the checked, not the value property. Apex circumvents this by creating a hidden extra element which will get the value based on the checked property of the visible checkbox
    
  • Do not use these horrible onchange and onclick attributes :( Use a dynamic action or jQuery to bind events.
    
  • Do not apply a style via javascript. Use CSS for this drive as with jQuery, you can easily add, remove, or toggle the classes too. And if you know jQuery selectors, you can understand css selectors because they are substantially the same.
    
  • I don't know why people insist on using rowIndex or substringing ID. I find it unnecessary and more complex that the alternative (crosses with jQuery)
    
  • The difficulty also in things into action through pagination. Running on just the visible page it of a trifle, but through paging requires more work than just check "fire on loading the page" is not enough. I'm sure you'd want your ENAME either red or gray column and readonly as soon as the page is loaded, and not when you start typing in the box...

  Which edition of Windows 7 32-bit (etc. Professional, Home, Home Premium)? If you use a home edition - good luck to do this work. The necessary minimum edition is the professional edition. Just any editions have all necessary components of networking needed.

  If you use a professional edition or higher, then there are a few preparations you must do to make it work. They are:
  1. you must install the application as an administrator.
  2. you "run" the application as an administrator. The best thing to do is to find the Oracle executable and then right-click and select Properties. Click on the Compatibility tab, and then click "Run this program as an administrator." Windows 7 automatically runs applications like 'Standard user' - even if you have the privilege of administrator assigned to your account. This is part of the feature Universal Account Control (UAC) in Windows 7.
  3. you must install and use a compatible Java Runtime (JRE) (JRE 1.6.0 - No 1.7.0). Oracle Forms 10 g Release 2 (version 10.1.2.x.x) defautls to the use of the Oracle Jinitiator. However, Jinitiator is no longer compatible with Windows 7 and modern browsers or supported. Keep in mind that Jinitiator was to IE 6 so you cannot expect this JRE to work with modern browsers.
  4. change the formsweb.cfg to use JRE 1.6.0. Change the following lines:

  The OC4J Instance emulates an application server which is required for Forms 10g Runtime.

  The changes described above assumes that you have installed the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.6.0_34. If you have a lower version, make sure you change the "34" to the installed version.

  This is the minimum of changes necessary to make forms work on Windows 7 32 bit. It is strongly recommended that you apply the last group of patches (patches 3 Group) for forms bring your 10.1.2.0.0 version 10.1.2.3.0, but you will need a contract with Oracle support to obtain the fix.

  As for your question,

  One last thing, I've observed is the Oracle Services in the Control Panel control Panel\All Items\Administrative Tools\Services. I don't see any running services related to Oracle, in my system (do not even have a linked oracle service at this location).

  What other Oracle products you have installed? If just Oracle Forms, then you will have no service.

• Potential problems with access to 10g EUL with 4i discoverer desktop?

  We have recently upgraded to Discoverer 10 g of 4i and still have a number of computers of the users with the old 4i desktop client. They have the ability to access the 10g EUL using the 4i client and I would like to know of any potential problem with them doing so.

  A 4i Desktop cannot access a 10g EUL. When you did the upgrade you probably enriched by using the same schema, alias name of EUL.

  What's happened is that Discoverer 10 g installed a brand new 10g EUL in the same schema. 10 GB objects that all start with EUL5, the discoverer 4i objects while all begin with EUL4. The upgrade was non-destructive, which means that your old 4i posts clients and Desktop 10g clients can coexist, however they not have access the EUL even. 4i clients will connect to the old discoverer EUL 4 and your new or those connecting through a URL, will be connected to the 10g EUL. Any changes made in one as all new workbooks will not appear in the other.

  If you are satisfied with the upgrade, you must install Discoverer 10 g Desktop on any machine that still has access by computer, and then remove the installation 4i. If you want everyone to use a browser to connect you need to uninstall all versions of office 4i.

  In addition, if you have many versions of office you use is no longer, you should ask your Oracle sales representative if they will convert these licenses in other licenses for you. You paid good money for them and they are still valid as long that you have to pay the annual maintenance and support. Some sales representatives do not realize that it can be done.

  First I installed Oracle Database 11 g Release 1 (11.1.0.6.0) ( this ), then using [Installetion Guide | http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E12839_01/install.1111/e10421/overview.htm#sthref12] I installed Oracle Fusion Middleware 11 g in this order:
  -Error UCR ( this ) with the number of processes (150 to 500)
  -Oracle WebLogic Server 11 g 1 (10.3.2) material + EPCO - Package Installer ( this ) no error
  -Portal, forms, reports and discoverer (11.1.1.2.0) no error

  Satisfied I finally installed all components (5-6 hours) I've wound up to the bottom of all the oracle services.
  On the next day service, OracleDBConsolesid has not started (after some googling I found the solution - the added folder names env variable ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_SID and ORACLE_HOME/oc4j/j2ee) after restart windows started.
  It's background, the problem occurred when I launched Oracle Forms Builder
  First error:

  Oracle Database XE with Weblogic 10.3.2 + PFRD installed 11.1.1.2 should work perfectly for a stand-alone development environment.

  For a development environment independent (assuming that's what you try to do) you don't need RCU, or OID or SSO, something like that.

  Hi all, I have problem with form in the German-language site. I made the website in German language ( NRW Systemhaus FortiNet |) "eSafety" - Solutions | Low prices protection! ) in Polish (Poland) version of Adobe Muse. When I fill out the contact form on this site and I want to send there is "server error". Thougt Polish Polish language sites servers work well (www.esafety-solutions.pl). Server (1 & 1) provider says I have problem with a code, but not with the server. Can you help me?
