  I was doing annoyed recently how my computer asked "permission to the administrator. I have an Admin account and a guest account, but I use only the Admin account. However, whenever I do anything it requires permission. This includes the removal of files, save files, moving files, rename files, etc. Even with the files and programs. I can't find the settings I lack, and it becomes really upset me.

  I should add that I'm still able to do things, it's just that it ask for permission each time. Any help would be appreciated.

  The feature you are referring is called User Account Control, or UAC for short. It is supposed to make your computer more secure, however, if you despise as many other people do, fortunately for you, there is a simple way to get rid of him.

  A couple of things to note:

  1 command authorization is not available with RADIUS. For example, if you want to use this feature, you can use GANYMEDE +.

  2 NX - OS doesn't "understand" privilege level. Indeed, user roles are used. For example,.

  Gmail, facebook, OTN as these applications will undergo millions of uses, is what it means at the level of the database as we have same count of users...?

  Dedicated server means that there will be a dedicated process running on the server for each session opened by a customer.  The client application servers can open hundreds or thousands of connections at the base, all having the same shared database user to Oracle, to serve users accessing the site.  You would not channel all users through a single database connection and a single server process.

  We have about 25 web called from many procedures for package services. Lately we are seeing time-out errors more than usual. So we started to add the value of utl_http.set_transfer_timeout to a value greater than the value default 60 seconds before making calls. I was wondering if the time-out value is adjustable to the level of the database or in the world to avoid changing each procedure.

  If GC can reuse the monitored GENERAL to connect to the database account I can't think of anything you should do.
  The database, what has happened is an 11g database? If so the security policy has been changed in this version, which means that in half a year you will still have a locked account of DBSNMP.

  If your company security policy allows, you can avoid this by changing the password_life_time to an unlimited number of default profile:
  change the default profile limit password_life_time unlimited;

  I've implemented replication unidirectional flow at the level of transactional database to the database schema (excluding some tables). It works very well without any problems after doing the tuning of flow with the help of health check scripts. My question is if some reasons, if I have to recover to the level of the database on the database Source then I need rebuild flows from scratch? Database size is close to 2 TB and after recovery, even using the pump data at the same time, it could take hours and also the source won't be available even after the recovery (data pump running job - if the source is online, then I was getting ORA-01555 errors and work was not).
  
  Please notify by above circumstances what is the best way to re - synchronize data between the source and target.

  Do you mean that you update the column SPARE4 of $ USER (which is a table, not a view)? I don't think it will work, because the password is salted with a random string that will be different in the two databases. It might work if you return to the use of passwords for 10g, which are salty with the user name. See here, the 10 GB hash stored in the PASSWORD column is the same in the two databases, but the 11g in SPARE4 hash is different:

  General question about the use of points of view and OBIEE. I have a handful of views that I had to set for one reason or another within our mini - DW. Initially, I set all these level database and imported in my physical layer as I would a table.
  
  I know that OBIEE has the ability of views defined within the Phyiscal layer by specifying the SQL syntax with the VIEW type.
  
  I'm curious to know if anyone has any ideas on the manipulation of views one way or another? :
  
  -Do you prefer to define the points of view within the RPD to keep your logic in one place?
  -Are there performance benefits with the definition of the view in the database itself?
  -Are there any best practices known surrounding views with OBIEE management?

  Yes, this select statement is called view opaque. Opaque views can lead to performance problems. If your view is huge pulling data then do not create this view in the RPD.
