  I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

  I asked one of our engineers, and he is not aware of any change (in the recent update) that could be the cause. A number of things, I would like to know:

  * What is happening with each work of art? Or just a canvas?

  * Is this a complex layer in the drawing? Can you reproduce the problem on other layers in the drawing even?

  * Which device and what iOS version do you use?

  * Have you tried force - quit the app, reboot your device, then relaunch the app?

  * Can you try to create a new project and a new drawing and see if you get the same result when you fill in or change a color.

  I have a drive hard 2 TB WD Passport Studio external for backup purposes. I set the permissions using a MacBook Pro I have more have and am not able to access my backups and files with my new MacBook Pro. How to reset the permissions so I can access? I tried to use check and fix permissions in Yosemite (v10.9.5), but they are grey... Help! don't want to lose my photos and home movies. It is a journaled HFS Volume and disk check and repair show no problem. Help!

  Thank you for reaching out to the Community Support from Apple. I know how it is important to keep your files and photos and I will do everything I can to help. What I would recommend here, do a right click on the drive of your Finder and selecting "Get Info" here you should be able to enter the user name and password to unlock the drive and access your data.

• How to register properly for CMYK/RGB without changing color?

  I have 350 - something icons that are in different color combinations. I tried earlier correct colors, like the colors of profile where I work have changed over the years (Ref: change the colors of the icons in different files). Lately, I noticed that the colors have changed when I save in Illustrator. If a color orange which is supposted to be CMYK: 0, 43, 90, 0 ends up being 0, 43, 89, 0 instead of this (or any other variant).

  Now I'm really hoping to get rid of the problem. I'm thinking of changing the orange color manually, and hopefully change the color icon in the manner described in the linked post to the. I also think about saving icons in another format and color mode. I did it earlier, but I lived to change color.

  My icons are now in .eps with CMYK document mode files.

  -tiff

  RGB:

  -jpg

  -rgb

  -svg

  Does anyone have advice good savings on these format, without getting colorshifting?

  Check your color management settings.

  There should be no conversion on opening the file.

  When converting to RGB but you have to wait the color "changing." Numbers can not just stay the same.

  I think that Yes you are talking about "Spot healing.

  So once you have used the tool, please click "Fertig" at the bottom right of the image.

  Try, and then use the arrow keys.

• My Windows 7 computer updated automatically to IE10 and now I can't "change colors of window glass. Why is this?

  If you have updated your Windows then uninstall the update of platform for Windows 7 (KB2670838) and your problem should be solved.

  Before I updated my Windows this month I just checked if Microsoft still offer this update. This is in the optional list. I installed so I thought to manually upgrade to IE10 because he wasn't in the IE9 update list. So I did manually and after that check updates again and to my surprise this update has disappeared completely. I have an old PC as well, and after installing all the updates I still have no problems so far.

  There is currently no ability to tip Action to do this.  You can only SHOW or HIDE completed items to make it appear as if they changed color.  However, if you do this with buttons, you must also DISABLE or ENABLE them at the same time.

  MY older iPad has changed color in the negative as opposed to a positive image. I could change this in black and white.  How do I change back to color if settings > general > accessibility > invert colors does not solve the problem?

• How to change the white text and more light colours of text and illustrations to deep colors or provide a deeper black outline, so that they are legible?

  I noticed that the illustrations and white text are not readable as well as light colored fonts that I use. I have consulted with Microsoft and other help sections various areas recommended, but impossible to find what is the problem and how to solve these problems. In order to clarify, for example, if I go on a site that displays white text anywhere on the screen, or illustrations in white, I can't read or see anything even if I do expand. I tried to innovate in following things suggested in onlne Microsoft Help related to the resolution section, but can't find anything on this specific problem when I do a search. It's a pain for example, when I go to a site, and the white text and illustrations appear, but do not have any black outlining. Magnification just leads to the same result. Can anyone identify which is the problem, the settings on which I should be focusing and provide instructions on how to fix this?  I use Windows Vista Home Premium and I am a layman when it comes to computers.

  My copier is new and I was looking through all the information I could on my computer. Somewhere along the way, I came across an option that says "one color". I didn't know what it was for so I chose it. When I printed a page later, it all came out black and white (no color). I thought that it useful sometimes but I whated to return both b & w and color for now. I couldn't find where to it back to the color and black and white printing.  HELP Please!

  Try this - select print to open the print dialog box.   Then select paper Type/quality in the drop-down menu in the print dialog box.  You will see a triangle "Color Options" at the bottom in the center of this window that you can open it and then choose the color or grayscale
