  Hi, I'm new to macs and Fusion. I have a MacBook Pro 13 mid-2009, running 10.5.7 and Fusion 2.0.5, running Win XP Pro SP3 as the virtual machine (not in a bootcamp partition separate). I added a second network as a bridged network adapter (first one is set to NAT). I'm trying to connect my wireless panasonic (802 11b) to the virtual machine display, as I do on my old sony PC. Normally, I turn on the wireless on the PC, find the network wireless in Win XP and configure my SSID and necessary of static IP address and configure the NIC to search only ad-hoc connections (non-infrastructure). I also turn off the firewall so that it can work. There is a panasonic program runs on the PC (which I also installed on the virtual machine) makes it all happen once I have the connection. So the place that seems to be stuck, it's that I can't find a wireless to configure network adapter since--what the VM is a NA standard, so there is no place to specify the SSID, ad-hoc and disable the WEP key. Someone has ideas how to go beyond my current state?

  In addition, the panasonic only works at 800 x 600 for the display resolution, so it will automatically change the graphics settings. I guess that's not a problem on the VM, but thought I would ask in advance in case someone sees a problem with it.

I tried to use the updateview method to refresh the virtual computer object but failed with an error message stating that the object could not be found, or never existed.

  I also tried to recover the virtual computer object again, throug the method Client.GetView and the moref returned by the event, but the same error message.

  How can I get my hands on the virtual computer object or update after migration to another host takes place. I have to get it back again? It would be great if I could do it somhow with information from moref I hold the event!

  Hello all - something happened recently which surprised me.  Our client had a power failure, and they had to shut down the Lab Manager 3 environment.  Some users were extracted in their workspace configurations, but the environment was closed own.

  Return of power, the configurations were put under tension, but the router virtual (this is a fenced configuration) has not started up.  The Admin Virtual Center had to go in Virtual Center and feed the virtual router on for to return network connectivity.  The user was not able to fix the problem, because they do not have the rights of VC.

  Any ideas how to avoid this in the future?

• DVD drive no longer works after the installation of PowerISO

  I recently installed PowerISO and he took my physical DVD drive so I can't use it. The drive does not appear in Windows Explorer. So I still once uninstalled.
