• New Seagate Personal Cloud does not work on El Capitan

  I bought a new NAS, the Personal Cloud of Seagate. I run El Capitan on a Macbook Pro 13 "retina and I just get an error message saying"Cannot connect"."

  I just bought a Seagate Personal Cloud and had the same problem.  I'm running a MacMini with El Capitan.  Here are the steps I used to fix it.  Note that there is some use of the Terminal, but it is only during the 1st stage and it was not complicated.

  (1) turn the Seagate, find the label with the serial number.  There are a few other bar codes, said Mac copy this number.

  (2) open the Terminal (using spotlight, terminal type only).  Then type "arp - a" without the quotes.  You will see a list of devices that can see your mac.  The left column is the name of the device.  The Seagate will appear as?, but you can have several.  Find the?  who has the same mac address that you copied down.  This line will also be an IP address (something like 192.168.xx.xx).  Copy down.

  (3) open Safari.  In the address bar, type the IP address that you copied down.

  (4) in my case, safari connected to an Assistant and the Seagate has accompanied me through some steps.  The most important was an update of the Firmware (mine updated the firmware twice).  Then, I created a user to me.

  After this, I restarted Finder (just close all the windows open and reopen) and I could see the 'PersonalCloud' under shared and connect.

  There is not a way to change the name of your Personal Cloud as soon as it is created. You need to create a new Personal Cloud to have a different name without symbols.

  Acrobat DC mobile products provide the integrated (app) cloud storage support for Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Creative cloud only. Currently, there is no option for you to upload your documents in local on your individual cloud server.

  To download a local PDF to Adobe Document cloud, please follow the steps below to DC Acrobat for iOS.

  1. Open a local PDF document.
  2. Tap the share icon at the bottom bar.
  3. Select "Save Adobe Document cloud" in the menu.
  4. In the Sign Up / sign in page, create a new Adobe ID or sign in with your existing Adobe ID

  Alternatively, you can download several documents on your Windows desktop or Mac, Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud computer via a web browser.  (Sign-in required.)

  I have sent the invitation from the team https://creative.adobe.com/team/admin portal user (English full CC) and the user got the invitation, but bad language.   Well well apparently language invitation is related in the country of VIP program where it if you are a multilingual society and you want English guest you're screwed and cannot change the language. Thanks Adobe for your non-existent support and awareness that there are businesses who speak a language more than 1.

  If you have membership of the CC, you can install CS6, CC, CC2014 & CC2015.

  If students only CS6, you do all your work in CS6 and not the newer versions that are included in the subscription of the CC.

• Removing users invited cloud

  I invited a few users to connect as a user of cloud on my readynas 104. They all appear in the list of cloud users. However, one of them has stil not recognized its use and in the list of users of cloud, he still has with the e-mail icon. I can remove other users by clicking on it and select Disable. I would like to delete this person being invited, but I can't delete it. How can I remove this invitation from the list?

• Seagate individual cloud does not connect to internet

  I just bought a Seagate Personal Cloud NAS drive that I have connected to my imac through the router on a time capsule. The imac sees the Seagate, but when I try to put in place through the Seagate app, it tells me the the Seagate is not connected to the internet. The router provides internet to the imac via ethernet however following port.

  If anyone has had this problem or can suggest you a solution please?

  I don't know what that has to do with Apple... you should probably contact Seagate for assistance. There are probably changes you need to make to your router to make it work. I remember hearing a lot of complaints about use it with AT & T Uverse service scheduled gateways.
