Seagate individual cloud does not connect to internet

I just bought a Seagate Personal Cloud NAS drive that I have connected to my imac through the router on a time capsule. The imac sees the Seagate, but when I try to put in place through the Seagate app, it tells me the the Seagate is not connected to the internet. The router provides internet to the imac via ethernet however following port.

If anyone has had this problem or can suggest you a solution please?

I don't know what that has to do with Apple... you should probably contact Seagate for assistance. There are probably changes you need to make to your router to make it work. I remember hearing a lot of complaints about use it with AT & T Uverse service scheduled gateways.

    I finally had someone from Adobe to help me. He sent the info below I then sent to IT. It all works now.

    Please check with you Admin network if the Port 80 and 443 are open. In addition, you must have access to https://activate.adobe.com and https://lm.licenses.adobe.com. These solve currently in 192.150.16.69 and 192.150.16.211 respectively.

    Also, use following host/port combinations when you connect the application to access Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop with an Adobe ID to download, install and activate the creative cloud composition.

    In addition, confirm with your network administrator if the network has as a watch guard installed internet security software. If for Adobe apps should be added to the list of exceptions.

    They insisted it's to do with a wifi connection, but this is not possible because I have my laptop next to my office right and which worked very well.

    It took about four hours to fix, so be patient!

    I have a desktop with Vista CAREB.  It has always worked well until about June 11, 2012.  Now it does not connect to Internet Explorer. It says it is connected to the internet and that has been verified by our server.  Tried everything and eventually restored it and no problem.  Then the next day, same thing and restored.  Next day same thing so I disabled all updates and no problem.  What new update windows made in the last few days which is the cause and what can I do?

    We cannot verify that Windows Update is causing the problem, I suggest to install the Windows updates one by one and make sure that Windows Update is causing the problem.

  • Dreamweaver (CC) does not connect to internet

    My copy of Dreamweaver CC does not connect to the internet. For example, when I go to help > Help and Support > Dreamweaver online help, I get the error message "unable to display help. Connect to the internet, and then try again. "For more information, see http://www.adobe.com/go/offline_help" (i.e. instructions on the use of the PDF file helps to document, not particularly to this situation)

    Problems with CC for the last few days... I have been unable to publish files from Muse to the Catalyist Business - error messages keps saying connection timed out. The CC guard symbol disappears from my menu bar of the top on my screen and today (after you have reinstalled CC request again), it does not connect internet (my internet works fine) I can't use all my fonts typekit, tad annoying when trying to get a logo creation made!  I don't do anything different than I was a week ago... Anyone else having this prob and have suggestions, how to fix it please? Thank you

    Please, try the following steps:

    (1) muse go to help > log out

    (2) close the Muse.

    (3) open Adobe creative cloud app and sign out of it.

    (4) close the cloud creative app.

    (5) re - open creative cloud app and connect to it.

    (6) open Muse and try to publish the site.

    Update: I indeed found firewall was the issue (the first time with updates of Firefox). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that no longer works.
    Then I opened the application window of Norton Security (looking for information of firewall). I don't actually change or click on what to Norton. I decided to try to install again. This time, when I hit "Run" instead of "Save", the small window Norton popped up saying downloading is safe. Then he installed and opens very well.

    It may be a quirk of Norton? Or by choosing run rather than save (and running after registration)?

  • iPhone connects to the wifi but does not connect to internet

    I have an iPhone running iOS 9.3.2 6s (last updated).

    The phone connects to the wifi network, but even if it's to show the signal strength is good, the phone does not charge any internet content (weather, FaceBook, email, etc.).  If I disconnect WiFi and use the data, it works very well.  We have no problem connecting to the computer or a smart TV network wifi and internet connection.

    Here's a tip for the user on the problems of Wi - Fi. Suggest from the top and bottom. Maybe one of them will help you.

    (1) perform a forced reboot: hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Leave the device to reboot.

    (2) resetting the network settings: settings > general > reset > reset network settings. Join the network again.

    (3) reboot router/Modem: unplug power for 2 minutes and reconnect. Update the Firmware on the router (support Web site of the manufacturer for a new FW check). Also try different bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and different bandwidths (recommended for 2.4 to 20 MHz bandwidth).

    (4) change of Google DNS: settings > Wi - Fi > click the network, delete all the numbers under DNS and enter 8.8.8.8 or otherwise 8.8.4.4

    (5) disable the prioritization of device on the router if this feature is available. Also turn off all apps to VPN and retest the Wi - Fi.

    (6) determine if other wireless network devices work well (other iOS devices, Mac, PC).

    (7) try the device on another network, i.e., neighbors, the public coffee house, etc.

    (8) backup and restore the device using iTunes (ask for more details if you wish).

    I recently got a HP Pavillion Entertainment, model number dv7 - 3188cl, for me to use for a class at the school by my uncle. Before the recovery, everything worked perfectly well. My uncle asked me to reset the computer, so we used the recovery disks that wiped the hard drive successfully but then refuses to reinstall the operating system. Instead of getting another set of recovery disks that I've used a Windows 7 install disc to reinstall the OS and he did so successfully with one flaw, the laptop does not connect to the internet.

    I tried to connect via ethernet and it does not find my WiFi network. I suspect his lack a driver and checked for drivers on the HP site but he said that there is none. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and if there is no driver for this I would be grateful if you could tell me where to download from.

    Had the laptop about 3 months now and still connected fine to my wireless internet. But recently he has stopped to connect to wireless internet.

  • iPhone and iPad does not connect to internet

    Since yesterday, I was unable to connect to internet via wifi on my iPad and iPhone.  They show the power of the full signal and says I'm connected, but won't load Web pages or refresh applications.  When I disable wifi on my phone everything works fine on the LTE, but I don't want to use my data.

    I think it must be something with the update iOS because:

    -J' completely rebooted our router and modem and it worked on my iPad for about 30 seconds (what makes a Web page) before it stopped working again.

    -My boyfriend did not the last update on the iPad or iPhone, and both connect on our wifi at home, while my iPad or iPhone will connect to the internet.

    -My iPhone also does not connect to the wifi in my work, even though I know it works as I am online on my computer work via wifi.

    I noticed something strange on my iPhone and iPad when I went to check the settings wifi yesterday - the VPN configuration is flashing/refreshing without touching me, even if I don't have everything set up VPN connections.  When I actually click on VPN, an error is displayed.  There may be something wrong with the VPN on the new update which blocks the wifi signal?

    If you are able to connect your iPad and iPhone to your wireless router agreement but the iPad and iPhone will not connect to internet, it is unlikely to have anything to do with the version of iOS.

    Try this:

    Restart your router (unplug unit, wait ten seconds and then reconnect it).

    Wait for the router shows all lights normal and connected.

    Now, reboot your iPad or iPhone

    Please check device manager if the card network and wireless card are recognized correctly.
    You have installed any 3rd software or have you changed something? Did you get any error messages? Please post more information.
