  Yes, it's a classic case where you need to reset your preferences.  Bridge closed, hold down the Ctrl key and launch Bridge.  You get a reset window, choose all 3 options.  Should be back in business.

  I have an old HP Photosmart 3100 series printer that I have used for years. I recently installed in a Compaq HP refurbished win7 Pro. I downloaded the drivers, which I've done it before several times, but the printer will not work correctly.   When I try to create an automatic video, film imports, but to the point at which the film is created, the program crashes, Windows looking for a solution, the program opens again and I get a message that a problem that caused Windows to stop working. Note: Windows does not crash; the movie maker does. Then the suggested solution is to download updates for Windows, but there is no update needed.

  Well, I was very happy when the program doesn't stop after following your advice and unchecking above named filter. But then, after it scans the file (which is a progress!), he says he cannot continue because one or more of the files contains a codec that is not supported by AutoMovie. • Creative cloud programs crashing on the start screen.

  I got out of work Friday, sut down my computer and I come back Monday and most of my programs installed recently CC crash at startup.

  First, prelude and Speedgrade all try to bring it up to Adobe Application Manager that hangs and then, causing programs don't no pitching.

  I can get the creative cloud to launch the toolbar, so I can't get updates or anything.

  So far, I have tried restarting the computer, repair disk permissions and by removing all preferences of adobe out of the library.

  So my question is what is the next step for this race?

  As a side note, I can't connect to the forum without disconnecting and empty my cache, and only in the Safari - browser everything just go to a redirection loop.

  Nevermind, I fixed it myself.

  Are you logged on as administrator?

  If this isn't the case, I would recommend what to do once. If Yes, try to run the organizer directly from his exe in Program Files by right click > run as administrator. Now try to send a picture message.

  In the meantime, try a solution for me? Follow the steps below to set the default list view in your application:

  1. Go to the Organizer Folio of the IU producer
  2. Open one of the folios which does not cause the behavior that is
  3. Switch to the display of the list (see image)
  4. Return to the Organizer
  5. Open folio that causes the crash

  The bug is caused by a problem with thumbnail image rendering, so the display of the list shouldn't cause the same problems. Please let me know if it is of a useful workaround.

  I just upgraded from Premiere Pro CS3 to CS5.5 and I'm having a strange problem.

  Try this:

  Repair the hard drive and permissions - El Capitan

  HD recovery start:

  Restart the computer and after the buzzer, press on and hold down the COMMAND and R until the menu screen appears.

Disk utility charges and select Macintosh HD entry indented from the list on the left.  Click the first aid tab in the toolbar...
