  I have an old HP Photosmart 3100 series printer that I have used for years. I recently installed in a Compaq HP refurbished win7 Pro. I downloaded the drivers, which I've done it before several times, but the printer will not work correctly.   Please reset the Bridge preferences and then try it.

  Measures

  Start Adobe Bridge, and immediately press Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS down) until the dialogue box reset settings appears.

  Select all three options - reset preferences, reset Standard Workspaces and all miniature Purge Cache - and then click OK.

• Creative cloud programs crashing on the start screen.

  I got out of work Friday, sut down my computer and I come back Monday and most of my programs installed recently CC crash at startup.

  I'm on a Mac on 10.7.5

  I can get the creative cloud to launch the toolbar, so I can't get updates or anything.

  So far, I have tried restarting the computer, repair disk permissions and by removing all preferences of adobe out of the library.

  So my question is what is the next step for this race?

  As a side note, I can't connect to the forum without disconnecting and empty my cache, and only in the Safari - browser everything just go to a redirection loop.

  Nevermind, I fixed it myself.

  I just upgraded from Premiere Pro CS3 to CS5.5 and I'm having a strange problem.

  Whenever I place my cursor at the bottom of the effects Panel, the program crashes. I don't even have to click on anything whatsoever, simply by placing the cursor at the bottom of the effects Panel happens - every time.

  Repair the hard drive and permissions - El Capitan

  HD recovery start:

  Restart the computer and after the buzzer, press on and hold down the COMMAND and R until the menu screen appears.

  When the recovery menu appears, select disk utility and press the continue button. Disk utility charges and select Macintosh HD entry indented from the list on the left.  Click the first aid tab in the toolbar... If disk utility reports any errors that have been corrected, then re-run first aid until no errors are reported.
