  When matching my 9700 with my computer, running Windows 7 Ultimate, I can pair it with success, but the installation of the device driver that breaks down, in turn, makes the pairing process fail.  Windows can't find a driver for my device and invite you to search the site of RIM.  It might be simply too cryptic for me but I can't seem to find an answer to my problem here either.  The Microsoft Web site doesn't help.

  I therefore looked on my personal Mac which had previously been paired with the phone to find that he was is no longer listed in the devices Bluetooth, but when I looked in the settings for MacID running on my Mac it says "Looking for iPhone 6 s.  I tried to re-pair 6s iPhone to my personal machine and had the same results.  When I called in my TI guru we tried with his iPhone 6 (also installed 9.3.1) and had the same results.  As it's been a few months since I used MacID on my computer that I don't know when the link has been broken - after an update iOS or OS X update.  Bluetooth linking to my Apple Watch still works perfectly.  I was unable to try this out with any other Mac, I was looking for one with an older version of Mac OS X.

  Everyone is aware of this problem or have an idea for a fix?

  An iPhone will not pair Bluetooth with a computer (Mac or Windows) for one use other than personal hotspot and it will only do that if the carrier is supported. However, there are a number of things will be using Bluetooth between the computer and the iPhone where the devices are NOT matched.   4. install the Microsoft Mouse Software.

  5 disable and re-able via the Device Manager.

  6. various combinations of the above options.

  None worked.

  I have a Lenovo t61 I installed Windows 7 on.  Bluetooth looks like that it is all loaded, updated and operating normally.  However he never shows any bluetooth device after the search.  This includes several cell phones, mice and keyboards.  My other T40 with XP sees all these devices and connects without a problem.  It has an internal Broadcom BCm2045B.  I have done some research and tried all the drivers I could find.  Program update Broadcom (SetupBtwDownloadSE) stops and says he can update the material.  I have the Windows Mobile in charge of taking care of 'other bluetooth devices.

  I spent a few hours with the MS technology and he finds no solution is a Lenovo driver problem. I'm out of warranty Lenovo won't talk to me.  After 2 weeks, I tried all the easy stuff... the bluetooth is on.  It is configured to allow the bluetooth devices. Lenovo and MS say there is no update will be required. The BIOS is updated.  I tried at least 40 different drivers.

  I'm going to an external dongle but I hate the idea of this rate me - we.
