Phone service centr en 2 months & broken screen

Hello

I bought a Moto X 2 on September 25, the day of its launch in India. I accidentally broke the screen in November and presented in the service center on November 24, 2014. It's January now and I have not yet received my phone back. 1 people service center said they will replace the screen, then they said that the replacement of the screen was bad and the phone will be changed. They did not screen or a new phone until now. Also on top of that they say that the screen will cost 20,000, even if a new phone is given to me.

I have not received a work order number too, they said to follow your application with IMIE number which is untrackeable. Please help me, what should I do, I'm tired of wait until my phone, it has been over a month now!

Thank you

Ishita

I'll ask if anyone can help...

Your IMEI is correct in your forum profile? What service center has your phone?

  • Broken screen on iPad mini 4

    Hello!

I bought a mini iPad 4 LTE 64 GB November 2015 in Prague.

I live in Ukraine starting in 2016.

I broke the screen on the iPad, but it still worked. So in the service centre they told me it's ok just to change the screen with touch screen, but it doesn't have these spare parts without display. With the display, it cost more than $ 200, which is very expensive. I sent the iPad in Czech to try to fix here, but they have the same problem there is no authentic spare without display.

In Ukraine, I tried up to 20 companies.

It is not a problem to change the screen with touch screen for mini iPad 1, 2, 3. But it is a huge problem for iPad mini 4.

I use my iPad for work, now I am without him for 2 months. And now my iPad goes to Germany to try to fix it.

The similar problem with iPod touch 5G, I didn't want a lot of services still, but the popular answer «we are unable to change the screen, we can change iPod»

It's very frustrating. I had 2 iPads, 2 iPods and they were all with broken at the end screens.

And it's very expensive to change a screen, the minimum is 30% of the price of the device.

    What is your suggestion?

PS: the service of mini 4 iPad *.

The screen part display, glued together during Assembly at the factory of display manufacturers.  There is no glass screen for iDevice display, or in any case for re - bind another to a view even if such a glass screen existence (which he did not).

The only way to fix these integrated displays is to replace the entire factory mounted display unit.  There is no other suggestion - if you break the screen on an iPhone or an iPad, you need to replace the whole screen unit, because they are manufactured as a single integrated device, and OEM replacements are no longer available to Apple or their suppliers of repair accredited as a single integrated replacement unit.

  • Broken screen, iPhone 5 c Unresponsive and doesn't turn on

    Hello guys,.

About a month back I dropped my iPhone 5 c from far away, I would say a metre or more. I couldn't get it fixed so I decided to let the battery drains down and leaving a safe place. After two weeks I went to turn on my iPhone and nothing don't to happen so I decided to try to load. Still nothing, I tried pressing the lock button and home for 15 seconds and connection to the computer and still nothing happens.

I would appreciate an answer on what to do.

    Thank you

Tare in there and see if you can get one off mandate changes for her.  Completely drain a lithium-polymer battery will usually ruin it - they do not real discharge of 100% recover and probably will never charge again.  And with your broken screen you cannot use the device anyway, and you don't know if there are other internal collateral damage.  I would say to cut your loses and get a new phone at this point.

  • I received calls from someone in India who said that they are Windows services centre telling me that they have received the error message saying that my computer is corrupted

Original title: my computer is corrupt and needs fixing!

I received calls from a person in India who said that they are Windows services centre telling me that they have received the error message saying that my computer is damaged, and they want to help me.  But I have not received any error message on my screen.  When I asked them how they got my number they said it's from the database of Windows. The number they gave me is 02921252715 and when I called the number of the person on the other end told me that they are a company called Windows e-solution, independent company and is not attached to Microsoft Windows.  What should I do?  Are these authentic calls and approved by Microsoft Windows?

  • Broken screen IOS unstable

    Hello!

Just dropped my iphone 6 64 GB in the ground. The screen got a bigger crack for it. After this incident the whole phone became unstable and it has randomly restarted, got stuck at the logo apple to start etc. When I finally is come to the home screen after several reboots the phone worked perfectly until I opened a random application as parameters or messeges. When I did the app crashed and the phone freezes and restarted itself.

I tried to resett via DFU mode without success.

So here's my question: can a broken screen create this kind of errors on the phone? A new screen would fix my problems or is it maybe a major hardware failure?

It seems that if the impact damaged over the screen. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple store for the assessment.

  • "Windows services Centre" call by saying that I have a problem with my internal security system

    Hello

I received a phone call from 'Windows Service Centre', James Henderson, employee of 406-235-1159, phone number #7098 (Yes, that's an indication 406 and 416 - which is one of the reasons why I'm suspicious), but gave a speech in Mississauga (Ontario), saying that I have a problem with my internal security system and even if www.ammyy.com I need to talk to the technician to solve this problem. I do not trust him and hang up, but called the number, responded to the same person (as he had an Indian accent with a lisp in addition to this) and he said that Joseph and not James!
    Scam or what? Thank you

It is a scam! Who is becoming extremely common and was even on the news in some places. As long as you don't give them any personal information, you should be fine. Should they call once again, simply hang up.

I replaced the various screens of laptops before, but this exact model gives me problems I disassembled the whole "screen" following the service manual, I found on hp.com but I'm stuck at step 5b. I don't see how to drag anything, I tried to drag the full back, but it does not move! I thought that maybe there was only 2 screws but maybe, there are 4, but where are they?

  • Replace a Macbook with a notice of need broken screen

My hard drive went out on my early 2011 Macbook Pro with a broken screen. The broken screen this weekend, I've not had the chance to put in place for repair. Before the hard drive went out I used it Clamshack mode I know that it does not in recovery mode, but how bad of an idea do you think it would be to replace the hard drive and install Mac OS X blindly? Or do you think I should buy a tablet in Windows of 100 dollar budget to use temporary while that I set up for the fixed screen?

I can't speak for your calendar or your budget, but... I asked when my MBP 2011 will no longer support the Genius Bar (products Apple will "legacy / obsolete ' possibly) the deadline is the end of this year early next year.   Don't wait too long to save for repair in my opinion.
