  Disconnect all external devices from the computer and try to restart the computer and check what is happening.

   

  Step 1:

  Try to boot to the desktop in safe mode and check what is happening. Only basic files and drivers needed to run Windows are started.   Don't initialize any personal information.

  1. on the remote, press the HOME button.
  2. go to settings.
  3. under settings, select Reset.
