Photos download of Windows Vista problem
I'm having a problem with uploading photos to my Dell Inspiron 531 that is running Windows Vista. I am taking perfectly good photos with my Canon Coolpix S4100 and downloading for photos with one cable from the camera to the computer. Shortly after they are downloaded, maybe a second or so, they distort: high contrast, low light, 3D effect, shadow. The photos are jpeg, and happens whenever I have download on this computer. They are very good when I download them to my laptop which has Windows Vista. I am only display photos directly via the photos and that is when there are distorted. I also use 3D inspection program and the photos are mixed in there also like in the photos. Any help?
Might be interesting to try to update your video driver... check
the site of Dell support for an update for your model.
If this is not the solution... it could be caused by a color profile.

I have a computer compaq presario c500 laptop comes with windows vista. The operating system was already installed, so it did not come with an installation cd. I had hard drive problems and the service formatted the drive, so I can't use the factoy reset feature that I've done before. I have here some way that I could download a windows vista disc and use the license I got with my windows?
Hello
There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.
You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.
They should do it for a small fee
Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.
If this happens, you may need to try this instead:
You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.
Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.
And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs
Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:
"How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '
http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-Vista.html
And once the operating system is installed, go to your computer manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers for your particular model or laptop computer.
And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.

Download for Windows Vista ISO
-Anyone have a link that works perfectly for a download ISO Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit. I need to fix my computer because the BONE went wrong. I have my key that accompanies it. Thank you! Sorry if this is in the wrong topic.
Hello
There are several methods to reinstall Vista.
This can help you (download files and make your own DVDs):
http://www.heidoc.NET/Joomla/technology-science/Microsoft/57-Windows-Vista-direct-download-links
It is a download Vista Ultimate, but attenuated futher information in this response
You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.
They should do this for a small fee.
To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:
You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:
How to change the Boot order in BIOS:

"How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and replace product manuals.

And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery on the drive Partition hard reinstall Windows how much you bought your computer.
The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)
Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.
Ask them to the proper key sequence.
Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

Photoshop Elements 12
Adobe Photo Downloader has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Error code: c0000005
Address: 75e32f71
I clicked on the OK button and the closed Downloader.
I did a search on this (c0000005) error code and it seems to be a work around, but no solutions, why is this? I ask that because that this problem seems to be years and years, dating back to at least 2005 (math is 10 years do).
I don't even have the hanging camera and I get this error on download. I have redownloaded everything and reinstalled. I allso see AVI issues reported with this problem, so I've updated Quicktime that without the camera being hung when I get this error I wasn't expecting it to work. I tried to support and they would not help because I bought it in March this year. Quite frustrating because I bought elements about every 2 years. I think I might need a new codec? I had this problem on an earlier version and I think I remember that being the fix, but it may be something completely different
Finally, I found it lacking a photo so the catalogue was "corrupted". I just deleted the image and it started working.
I hate Adobe and their total lack of support - thanks for nothing Adobe. Also get this - they offered me to upgrade to 13.0 (12.0 My is only 6 months old but they still can't stand on errors. Install only the errors!
I've upgraded and buy this product 4 times now. I'll find something else next time!

I have a problem with the download of Windows Vista Service Pack 2.
Original title: Vista SP2 help for download
I just download Vista SP2 on my Compaq Presario PC and it seemed to install correctly. However, after it restarted my computer, nothing happened. The computer was on, but he was not making a noise and the screen was black (and eventually appeared in mode 'sleep'). After about 3 hours of this, I restarted my computer manually. When I turned it on the Tower made a lot of noise (sounded like a blowing fan), but the screen remained black and didn't try again to exit mode 'sleep' (even when I moved my mouse and restarted my monitor). I am unable to do anything on my desk now, then, what can I do to fix this?
Thanks for the help.Hello

I had a power failure that created a restart of windows vista problem
I had a power failure that created windows error and cannot start my lap top. I understand that I must save the files & photos before trying to reload Vista in its original configuration... How do I go about backing up since the computer does not load...? How much does it cost if I'm looking for a specialist to backup?
Hello
power outages are often the cause of hardware problems
You can try these methods to save the data
1 slave the drive in another computer and try to read the data in this way
2 buy or borrow a pregnant USB hard drive upgrade disk hard inside plug it into another computer and try to read the data in this way
3. If your equipment is damaged by using Knoppix or similar CD linux to retrieve data won't work because they depend on your working materials
Read about it, even if it's here
http://www.Knopper.NET/Knoppix/index-en.html

You can always do a startup repair disk and try to start windows

Windows Vista problem... Help!
I recently had an automatic update install and reboot (sort of), but when the computer went to restart the operating system starts, so I have no idea of what is happening with my computer. So can someone please help me with my problem
Restore point:
Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.
Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...
Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If the above does not work, try to make a Bootable ERD to do a Startup Repair:
As is the case with most computers/laptops these days, they do not come with good Vista disc to repair only the recovery disks.
As your falls into the above category: download the ISO on the provided link and do a repair of the disc.
Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
You can make a tool to restart system, System Restore, etc. with it.
Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.
http://NeoSmart.net/blog/2008/Windows-Vista-recovery-disc-download/
ISO Burner: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html
It's a very good Vista repair disc.
You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
There is not a disk of resettlement.
And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.
See you soon.
