Photoshop and Lightroom in trial mode
Maybe I'm late, but I have the same problem. I installed correctly creative cloud with the ps and lr on a desktop pc, but on my laptop I only the option of trial! Cant' understand why
What is find a solution?

CC of Photoshop and Lightroom CC appear as the trial on the second computer

I just bought the package photography CC and successfully, I installed Photoshop and Lightroom on my iMac using the installation program. I then pulled my iMac and it launched on my Macbook pro, but the two applications can be installed as a trial version. I have looked at other messages on this topic, but not yet able to solve. Any help would be great.

These entries are the cause of the problem, as Adobe ports are listed to the loopback address, the activation request is unable to reach the server from Adobe, applications are therefore still in trial mode.
Follow the steps mentioned below:
- Remove all entries that has name of adobe. Then close the Textedit, it will Autosave.
- Make sure that there is no entry of Adobe on the inside.
- Then copy and paste the Hosts file in folder etc.
- We replace the modified hosts file that we had copied on the desktop with the original Hosts file inside the folder etc.
- When you are prompted, the authentication by password Mac,
- Be sure to select the option Replace ...
- Once you have replaced the Hosts file, double click on it again and check if the Hosts file is free of Adobe entries.
- In the affirmative. launch creative cloud application and load the list of Apps and check.

I bought a CC of Photoshop, Lightroom + bridge CC yesterday, paid for 1 year. In my creative cloud Manager, it seems that I have downloaded the trial versions of CC of Photoshop and Lightroom CC and also purchased versions. I don't know what I have to do. Is the version that I use the purchased version? I'm afraid that I always use the 30 day trial version. It will change to that purchased once the payment by credit card has been approved? Or do I have to download some versions of Photoshop and Lightroom again? It is quite confusing. Thank you for your help.

I created an adobe account and I am currently trying to install creative cloud in order to try the trial version of photoshop and lightroom, but I can't get insofar as the process of checking e-mail and adobe is sending the e-mail to my email from hotmail to nephews who is not associated with this account. He used my iMac in November but I only created this adobe account this week. His e-mail address is not linked to this account anyway... help. I really need to try out photoshop and lightroom and do not want to buy the monthly where the same problems occurs. Thanks in advance.

What you need to do is to get him to sign with the cloud on your computer, uninstall and clean all Adobe, then login with your account
Disconnect the TWO accounts... Uninstall... to run vacuuming...

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

I recently changed the laptops on my old laptop I downloaded after payment of the annual fee for her photoshop and lightroom. Since the evolution of the laptop when I connect it it says my trial has expired, but I paid and it won't let me download. Lightroom opens just enough to add a watermark and photoshop, not at all. Trial of Photoshop and Lightroom query
I signed up for the 30 day trial of Photoshop and Lightroom on 11/11/15 and am currently not able to access Photoshop as it says my trial period is over, clearly within 30 days has not expired and will not be until the 10/12/15. Can you please help?

However, if you tried CC 2015 version and trial expired early, you can still install and use different versions like CC 2014 or CC version as trial.
Note:
Make sure the Date and time settings are correct. Before installing the new version.
Also make sure that battery CMOS is in good condition.
