  I am writing you because now I am very angry and tired of being teased adobe support service.

  I have the same problem for weeks and I contacted help adobe 3 times.

  I have lost (and lose) a lot of hours and I have to WORK with PS CC.

  My software is ALWAYS slow, slow as hell and I use a fast mac and I have no problem with other software (including Lightroom).

  Why should I pay for this service?

  For the moment, I have to pay a person who happened to post for me!

  The customer service very poor, I really think next photoshop crack and not to pay for software that do not work properly.

  Hello, I understand the frustration. Its times like this that I'm glad that I use mostly the PC because the problem is largely a MAC one. Rather than rush and get a better cracked version, which probably will be too slow and probably accompanied by malware and keyloggers - think to install CC2014. You can have your subscription CS6 CC2014 and CC2015 all on the same machine and they work. CC2014 appears much more compatible Mac CC2015 so may help to speed things up in Adobe and Apple help get their act together. Should say if some of these problems are connected to Yosemite and not Adobe direct responsibility-so make sure you have installed 10.5

  Have you tried to screw up the Photoshop preferences.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

  I used my photoshop cs6 trial some time ago and chose not to buy, so I uninstalled it and creative cloud of my computer. as it has been upgraded to photoshop cc (2015) and adobe reset free trials, so users could try the upgrade, I redownloaded creative cloud and then downloaded photoshop cc (2015). However it says that my trial has expired. How to access my photoshop free cc (2015) trail? (I use a mac)

• Help! Photoshop CC 2015 late development, slow and impractical on MacBook Pro

  The last day or two Photoshop CC 2015 has worked really slow on my MacBook Pro (15-inch, mid-2014, OS X El Capitan retina). OS X and Photoshop are up-to-date with the latest version.

  The interface of Photoshop is slow to respond, awkward and taken late development is often impassable, even on the small files. I did the typical diagnoses such as the cleaning of my boot drive and restart my computer and the software repeatedly (especially when TI Photoshop does not yet meet the simple key strokes). I've also tried disabling leaders, library and fonts preview without result, and I personally don't think you should have to disable the useful tools for the software.

  These issues do not seem to have affected other Adobe applications and seems to be a matter of PS.

  Anyone else have similar problems, and/or know fixes for the problems? Thank you in advance.

  Have you tried resetting the Ps preferences?

  Reset the Photoshop preferences > general Reset preferences on Quit

  When I try to open a dng file, it comes up with "could not complete your request because it is not the right type of doc.  Now I have "expansion of libraries could not be loaded because it was not properly signed.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  The program worked perfectly in the past.

  I contacted Support Adobe this morning, and they were able to solve the problem.  It was difficult.

• Photoshop CC 2015: "export under" does not - export as extension could not be loaded because it was not duly signed

  "Export as an extension could not be loaded because it was not properly signed.

  I get this popup error when you select file > export > export under... and also when right click on a layer to ' export as. I tried with layers, work plans, groups, images, nothing works. The "quick export" and "save for web (legacy)" still works well, but since I'm assuming that it will be removed I would really like to get this working...

  Don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I enabled "generator" in Preferences > plugins and also "generate image assets' seems to work very well.

  I am running the latest version of Photoshop CC 2015 (2015.0.1 version) on:

  Looks like that some files used by export as had changed after the installation, initial, so upgrade is not put to update these files.

  Please try:
  1. Uninstall Photoshop

  2 check files listed below and if these files are not removed by uninstall, delete or move them to another location

  / Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions/com.adobe.webpa.crema

  (Installation of Photoshop path) /Adobe Photoshop 2015/Adobe Photoshop 2015.app/Contents/Required/Plug-Ins/Generator/assets.generate CC CC

  Free trials of Adobe are for 30 days by app and it's clean and not mail electronic id specific, which means that if anyone with any email used Photoshop test on your machine, then it won't work not it will show you that the trial is expired.

  Thank you Trevor.  Discovered that I tried to tilt the bottom and not a new layer.  All sorted now.
