  Hi people! My copy of Photoshop CC 2014 doesn't let me shift-click with the tool eraser to erase a straight line with one single click to another (brush and other tools not working). Is this a known bug? Or make me something tilt that I don't know?

  One way to know is to reset the Eraser tool. If something was off this command he would set it back to default values.

  I am running Vista and have had CS4 since it was released and never met with problems. I have a NVIDIA GeForce 7100 which is updated, and the GPU acceleration is enabled in my Photoshop.

  If anyone can suggest what might happen and how I could fix it, I would be very happy!

  Hello people, I tried everything I could think about using different sentences, but have yet to find a way to do it or if it was possible. I'm working on a project that requires the addition of many corner anchors to paths. By default, using the feather of Photoshop CS4 adds curve anchors. Therefore I have to add the anchor and then convert it into a corner. Is there an easy way to make the PS to create corners instead of curves with the pen tool? Even using combos Shift-Ctrl-alt-click did not help? Would save me time and mental health!

  I am new to this lark script and hope someone can help...

  Our Nigel, unfortunately is no longer with us, wrote a cunning to convert script photographs large size smaller using Photoshop CS4.

  The workflow is the following:

  You open Photoshop

  You have two files, one with the original files and the other which is empty.

  You drag the folder with the original files on the .app and he asks a destination folder (tell you him to use the empty folder).

• Can't "Edit in Photoshop CS6" in Lightroom 4.1, after upgrade Photoshop CS4

  I recently installed Creative Suite 6 Production Premium and uninstalled Photoshop CS4 and Lightroom seems to be confused and shows no 'Edit in Photoshop CS6' option.

  Lightroom seems to be aware that Photoshop CS4 is no longer installed: the first order under ' change to ' is 'change in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4 (64 Bit) \Photoshop... '. ", and all Photoshop" change in "specific orders (smart object layers, etc.) are not available.  I tried to add Photoshop CS6 as a secondary Editor, but this makes Lightroom export TIFF to PS image instead of opening the file in Camera Raw.

  I don't know what I have to do to convince Lightroom I have Photoshop CS6 installed.  Any ideas?

  Well, I have looked in the forums before and couldn't find an answer, but eventually find an answer through the links "more like this" right.  The path of CS4 was stored in the Windows registry. I had to update CS6 and it now works perfectly.

• Photoshop CS4 Pen tool slider works not properly?

  I have a 2 models of macbook pro 2010. When I first got them I gave each a password firmware, but for some strange reason, one of them the password does not work! So I need to reset it.   You need to contact Adobe directly for this kind of request, but I don't hold much hope.  They no longer support the older products and are more likely to get that back here as soon as you mention nothing other than to request a reset of your activation.  If they send you back here, I recommend trying to find a member of staff and private messaging to see if they'll lend a hand.

• Photoshop CS4 - error 150:30

  It has been really frustrating.  Initially, I couldn't open Adobe Acrobat Pro due to the receipt of a message that the "Licensing has stopped working" (that I actually used Adobe Photoshop at the time and it worked very well) - I followed the steps listed online and Adobe Acrobat Pro now works.  Now Photoshop CS4 has stopped working.  The online instructions do not work because 'License RecoveryLauncher' not supported on Mac OSX El Capitan 10.11.3.  In addition, the step of the repair disk utility, I read (click on repair disk permissions) is not an option in El Capitan is.

  I've recently updated my photoshop CS4 from CS2 software and just realized that the Photosmart Pro plugin is not compatible with CS3 and later.  I am trying to print a 11 x 17 "Hahnemühle Fine Art Pearl 285 g/m² per photoshop.  I think the ICC profile is in the right place, but I feel a bit lost without the photosmart pro plugin (formerly listed under file - automate..).  There is no option to print using the tray for special media on the B9180 and when I try to print using the main paper tray, the paper gets stuck (ruin!), because it's too heavy.

  Is it possible to choose the tray for special media when printing in photoshop (or elsewhere) OR download the plug-in compatible with CS4?

  Hi LIz,

  I also have a B9180.  You can access the tray for special media from any program, including the CS4, the HP printing dialog box, menu Type/quality paper.   There is a checkbox for LAC to special brackets at the bottom of the window.  check this in combination with the correct paper size and the type of installation of the Page and you should be OK.

  (Although I am an employee of HP, I speak for myself and not for the HP)
