  Are you talking about the custom shape tool? These are part of the installation and do not disappear permanently. Just go to the menu drop-down and click 'all', and he'll be back.

  Compare the size of the file and you will have to perhaps disable all anitvirus during download and install it.

  you need both exe files 7z.  put them both in the same directory and double-click on the exe file.

  Sinus, I update my SO in Mac OS x latest version MAC OSX Yosemite 10.10.3 I have problems with camera Raw in two diferent protable with Photoshop CS5.

  When you open archives diferent to the trial in Camera Raw, always miss some of them. You can open all archives or one of them individually. But if you open 4 archives, Camera Raw only get 3.

  Or if you open 6, camera raw doesn't get 5 or 4. A few times, after cancelled operations, opens automatically archive missed.

  The problem persists, exactly in the other computer.

  
  What can I do about it?

  Please try and update the Photoshop CS5 for the last update.

  Reference: Adobe - Photoshop: for Macintosh: Adobe Photoshop 12.0.4 updated for Adobe Photoshop CS5

  If the solution above does not work, then uninstall the Photoshop CS5

  Restart the Mac.

  Install it again using the link: Download CS5 products

  And then try it.

  You should see is the error in the application to launch. The chipsets that throw this error not supporting SSE2 instructions, GPU features games and Ps CS5 Extended 3D will not work.

  I just upgraded (purchased) Photoshop and premier 11 elements. The program is installed on a Windows 7, 64-bit machine.  I downloaded the download Akamai as guest Manager. I then downloaded Photoshop elements. When the download is complete I clicked on "Open bundle" that prompted. Then, I received the attached error message.   The problem is that the file .7z do not download correctly with the

  Download Manager. So I changed browser and downloaded without

  ... Download Manager installation seems to go fine now.
