Trial version of Photoshop CS5 runtime error

Hello

Sorry if I'm not in the right place, but this is the first time that I use Adobe Forums

(and perhaps someone could tell me how ;-)

I just downloaded and installed the trial version
Photoshop CS5 in Windows XP

Installation went well

But, when I try to start the software, I get an error message that says:
"... impossible to launch (0xc000001d)...". »

All other components (Bridge, Device central...) work very well

Any idea?

Thank you

Nice day

You use an AMD processor by chance...? It seems to be a problem going on with this.

I hope it helps and solves the problem as CS5 is really cool.
