  Photoshop CC wants to open the trial version (mac), even if I paid 1 year ago. Don't know what to do. Apparently from what I've read, needs PS CC 10.9 or higher, but I'm only 10.8.5. Maybe I got the update last week not knowing this problem existed.

  First try you out and back creative cloud: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

  If this does not help, you can go on Adobe.com and connection, select Manage my account, then pick plans and products.

  You should be able to see the plan, that you subscribe to here if the order/payment form is completed.

  Please note that it may take 2-3 days to process an order, excluding weekends, so this does not yet appear, continue to use the trial until the payment goes through.

  When I open Adobe Download Wizard says status line extract... This may take a while. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and still get the same error message: MasterCollection_CS6_error_4960.

  We don't know anything about your system, where you download the file and so on... As an alternative, you can try this:

  Then the files can be extracted using tools of generic packaging as WinZip, etc. Nothing more, we need much more information...

• CC of Photoshop keeps returning to the trial version of Photoshop CC

  Since the recent update, whenever I start Photoshop CC I tells me that I need the license of the software.  (I paid for an annual subscription in September 2014).  When I click on the link for the software asks me to log on the license (even if I am shown as already connected the > Help menu).  Then the licenses of the software, and all is well... until the next time I start Photoshop CC when it repeats.  It's a nuisance.  Any ideas on how I can stop what is happening?

  Fixed! I found the implementation of application in a folder called adobe cs6. I feel really stupid now because I forgot that you must run the application setup and so now I have the trial once again. Please help us well!

  You receive the serial key by purchasing the application.  You don't have to reinstall.  You can use the serial key to convert the trial version to the full licensed version.

  If the trial version shows as expired, then it expired. There is no way to prolong the trial.

  Have you used the special device to convert older versions of items up to 5 items of 13 or 14?

  Do you mean that the Catalog Manager option is not available in the file menu of version 14?

  What happens if you start the Organizer while keeping the SHIFT key pressed? You should get an option to start with a new catalog. If it works, is that you can access the Catalog Manager?

  I bought the creative cloud CS6 in 2013 and have since then had few problems of resettlement. I recently bought a new laptop and reinstalled creative cloud. I downloaded photoshop and the trial version has expired, but when I connect to my account it says that I do not have a "Member" (this was a one-time purchase of the student). I tried options on other forum responses to this topic (the test expired link here: Adobe Creative Cloud apps back after 2015 updated CC test mode ), but still does not allow me to continue using it.
