  • Looks like you have some issues causing third-party plugins installed here.
  • Holding the SHIFT key launch PS and click Yes at the prompt, see if that does the trick.

  I called tech support customer service and explained the situation, the guy asked my serial number, after a few moments (from audit?), he says its an invalid serial no! UM. Yes, this is the error that I see and the reason why I called for help. But he said he couldn't do anything for me.

  Online forums indicate Adobe can sometimes question/re-issue n ° of series a new if the customer brings the proof of ownership, product photos... I had it all, but have no where to go. Now, I have a product perfectly well with a serial no it became bad. Someone at - it never in this situation. Is any help available?

  Bought the monthly subscription for this offer.  Downloaded Photoshop & Lightroom without problem.  Installed photoshop, but cannot install Lightroom.  Setup requires a serial number and I can't find anywhere in my Adobe account where this serial number would be.  Does not seem to be integrated in the creative cloud.

  You have beta (trial version) installed for the room light? If so, then the uninstall completely by checking the boxes preferably too.

  Now restart the computer & download & install from the desktop CC application. It should work.

  In case it does not work, contact Adobe support at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6.

  CS6 and previous programs have not been tested and will not be updated to run on Mac El Capitan

  -which means you are trying to use CS6 and earlier at YOUR risk of having problems

  -You can get CS6 and previous programs to install and run, or you can not (some do, some don't)

  Maybe it's a fake because of Mac El Capitan and OLD programs error

  This information is a MUST to install old programs on Mac El Capitan
