• Download purchased Photoshop elements editor 12 of Apple App.  It does not work now.  I - tunes and Apple App blame Adobe re: lost certificate or something and to advise me to communicate with you.  I have no serial number, buy only program information.

  A blogger recommends it trashing and reinstalling, but without identification codes or serial numbers, I am afraid that everything would be lost.  It seems nuts to pay for a program that suddenly becomes useless due to... everything that happens!

  Please provide a solution!

  2. do you have security software installed on the computer? If Yes, is it updated regularly?

  3. have you done any software or hardware changes on your computer before this problem?

  4. What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried to solve the problem?
