Photoshop, frozen by the Welcome window empty

I am one of the many people who are unable to use a service that I paid for. It is very little professional on your part.

No, my antivirus is disabled, no, my firewall is not blocking, no, I waited more than 1.5 hours, no, it's not as if I HAD to WORK with her.

Did I say that I am very disappointed by the service from Adobe?

I contacted Adobe chat help. They made me remove the preferences of all 3 records versions of Photoshop that the designer could guard installed in my PC - they are about located here: C:\Users\Utente\AppData\Roaming\Adobe

Next time I start Photoshop welcome window is filled with content and I could check the box with its lower part. Side effects: all preferences are lost.

As I see it, * Toshiba Hdd recovery * does not solve your problem. You checked with the other memory, but it always freeze. so, I guess that a hard drive can be a troublemaker. If your laptop is still under warranty, you should contact them (SAV)

  • CC of Photoshop crashing with the new Windows 10

I just installed Windows 10 on my pc, everything seemed fine until I tried to print a document from Photoshop CC, window pops up saying photoshop had to close, no code error or a message.  I used Windows 7 before and never had this problem.  I am using and old Dell all-in-printer.  Tried many times, restarted, still nothing, just crashes every time.

It is the driver, you need to install, which is assuming you on Windows 64 bit OS

I had problem with getting the correct driver installed on my laptop, it took me a while to get the right AMD driver installed, what I had to do was completely uninstall the driver control panel AMD and to remove all references to this driver, then I had to go into the Device Manager and display adapters and uninstall the Windows driver it should on a pilot basis the pilot , then I was able to install the software AMD, once the software is installed you need to go into Device Manager and display adapters select once again, put to update driver and point it to C:\AMD, and it should install the driver from there.

Have to admit Windows 10 is a pain with drivers AMD, Nvidia on my PC however did not have any problems.

  • Welcome window does not appear when installing CS5 on the new imac

I try to install CS5 in my new imac, but after that I inserted the disc of Application 1, nothing happens. the Welcome window does not appear. No window fill #s serial, etc.. Installed Acrobat without problems however. Thank you.

You must remove that you copied on and install from the installation media.  Adobe applications install files in multiple locations is not as simple as copying just the files above the application package.
