  Also, I've traveled in order to choose the default program, but when I go to: Program Files > Adobe > Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 > Photoshop.exe and choose this program, Windows Photo Viewer is automatically chosen and Photoshop NEVER appear in my choice of default programs.

  Finally figured it out! I just went in the rededit folder, copy, deleted the line of code, and then reinstated it with the correct code (same code she had in) and it works perfectly - same watch upward in default programs!

  One of my clients is to test a script on OSX Photoshop CS6. Recent versions of the script worked, but it fails in unusual ways. A dialog box offering as part of the script, and at some point, Extendscript appears as if there is an error. But no code displays in the window and no message about what line he failed.   Try to uninstall the fomr Catalyst Control Center and driver within programs and have section of the control panel. Once you have done this, restart your computer and try to reinstall it

  So I uninstalled Lightroom desktop CC application. He asked me if I wanted to remove preferences, and I said yes.

  I have re-installed Lightroom and exhibit the same problem.

  Research on here, I found a reference to make sure that/Library/Adobe and ~/Library/Adobe are writable. I think that it was a typo: this file does not exist, but/Library/Application Support / Adobe and ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe exist and are writable.

  Any ideas?

  • Open a Terminal.
  • Copy and paste this command: sudo chmod-r 777 library/Application\ Support / Adobe
  • Press enter and give your password if requested.
  • This should fix the permissions at the origin of this error.

  I need serious help! Whenever I click on any program for example internet Explorer, it comes up with a box "open with". No program will open or function properly, and double click on the icon also does not work.

  I tried some of the suggestions here as "redigit", but it comes up with an error box saying that the program cannot be found when I try and run it or something else. I tried to restore a corrupted profile, however, it won't let me connect you as a person other than the first registered user.
