Photoshop says I am not connected to creative cloud, but I am.

Keep trying to sync the settings of Photoshop and get the message that Photoshop cannot access creative cloud. In Photoshop preferences, under the heading "Sync settings" he says no 'connected', but in the Help menu, it says I have registered and give myself to the Disconnect option, that will disable my apps. I trashed the preferences of Photoshop but no change. The creative cloud app says I'm registered (and I had just updated several applications - including Photoshop - before opening Photoshop). Someone knows how can I fix?

If you want to try to delete the file cache of opm.db you can follow the steps in Solution 2 below:
