Photoshop "scratch disks" appear when photoshop is open, and I can't delete them?

I've been struggling with this for about an hour now. I walked into photoshop this morning and he said my "scratch disks" was full, so obviously, I started to search the hard disk for them.

I can not the freakin ' find.

The only time I was able to locate one is when photoshop itself was open and I was unable to remove it. I guess that's because it's the one attributed to the program that is open. My problem is that, although he is not able to find temporary files to remove, still failed to open all the files in photoshop because it is always telling me that the disks are full. I would really like to know what to do. I have searched the 1 million different ways on my PC, used all the methods I've met. I can't find the. Aren't there? I never deleted them in the year or so that I've had this computer. They need to be taking up a ton of space on my C: drive, but I can't seem to them! Help!

Photoshop:

Edition > purge > all

This will empty the drive working
