  FIRST: Uninstall IE8 and IE7 if they are installed.  Back to all the way back to IE6.  You want other patches before you get those.  Reboot after doing this.

  Normally, the drivers other those provided by HP will not work with their motheboards.  I suggest you go to Device Manager / graphics cards / right click on your video card / select Update driver software / search automatically for updated driver software.  If there is an updated driver, it will be found and installed.  If this is not the case, he will tell you that it is up-to-date.

  Sorry, you have a problem with that.  I suggest trying to uninstall this gadget and then reinstall.  If you open the sidebar click on the (+) sign add a gadget at the top.  Then right-click on this gadget and select Delete.  You can then search gadget to reinstall.

  I have an iMac 2010 El Capitan running.  Photoshop and Illustrator have updated without problem on my MacBook Pro, but refuse to update on the iMac.

  I get the error message 49. The firewall is configured to allow access of CreativeCloud and there is no antivirus is causing a problem.  I took the steps recommended in the help file for the number 49, without success. Any ideas please?

  Earlier, I completely uninstalled all Adobe and used the program CreativeCloudCleaner to remove completely all references to my computer Windows 8.1 Adobe.

  I then reinstalled CrreativeClloudDesktop - and connected again. Guess what. It wants to install the OLD version of Lightroom. There is no sign of the 2015 version.

  Photoshop is the right version - but Lightroom is not.

  I don't have this problem on Mac. I have correct versions on this machine. Very frustrating.

  Since Lightroom 2015 CC (Lightroom 6) is a new product, it will not show as an update. Instead, you must press the button install next to the new version in the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App. If you do not see 'install' by the latter in the application manager, please first try to log out and return to: connect and disconnect from the creative cloud desktop application
