  Try these step.

  You should preform is a complete uninstalltion the driver 14 (Solution Center) of your computer. (Importnet thing: If your computer is also a HP Machine, follow the steps later!)

  1 Unplugg your device (if its without wireless/Ethernet, skip this step)

  2 download the complete solution (here: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL30130/mp-109997-3/PS_AIO_04_C4500_USW_Full_Win_WW_140_408-5.exe()

  3. after it finish downloading, extract the software and head in the printer folder that is displayed there, inside the head to the "util" folder and then in the folder "ccc" here you should be able to find a file named "Uninstall_L4" > run this file, it will open a black window, just press enter in so he can start to remove the software , after it is completed you will be asked to perform a restart of uninstalling, save that you were working and let it restart.

  4. after he has finished start up, head in C:\Program Files (x 86) and delete the 'HP' folder you see here.

(Everything is being shown as HP except for a file called "bdq_scan" take care to delete this file as there are 97% chance that that is the only reason for your problem..)

  12 restart your computer.

  13 start the installation and follow the steps as shown.

  Incase you are using an HP computer.

  In step 4, venture into C:\Program Files (x 86) \HP and only delete the folder "digital imaging".

  Skip - 5,6,6.1,6.2,6.3,7,7.1 and 11 completely.

  I have a gateway Windows XP with 2 slots for RAM.  I just have to answer at least 1 GB of RAM required for Windows 7 upgrade. I would like to have more than just the minimum RAM.   I'm not sure that the increase in RAM by buying two 1 GB RAM is all that is required to upgrade to Windows 7 and still have a stable and reliable computer.  If I bought a new computer with installed Windows 8, Windows 8 could be removed and the Windows 7 Home Premium installed instead?

  If you have an old XP PC with only 1 GB of RAM, it is not likely to Win7 or 8 to run at all.

  If you buy a new computer, you can downgrade (people feel it is really an upgrade) to Windows 7 only if you have Windows 8 Pro. It is not normally sold on consumer machines. You would have taken specially for her.  In this case, one lets you find a computer that comes with Windows 7 installed. There are still a few available for sale.

  If you just want to buy a copy of Win7 then you could install it on a computer that is running Win8.

  My 7520 is USB connected to my Windows 10 laptop and it prints OK.  But when I try and scan to the computer, the printer indicates "no computer found."

  The hard drive is new because the last of them is dead and lost all the software, so I may be missing a Printer Wizard.

  I see you are trying to reproduce the web services page.  The 7520 Photosmart doesn't have the option to print the page of information on the printer itself.

  Try the following steps.

  1 obtain the IP address of your printer

  a. This can be done by pressing the icon on the printer wireless.

  2. Enter the printer's IP address in a browser.

  3. Select the Web Services tab.

  4. on the left side, select print information Page.

  Thanks for joining the Forums of HP Support with your scanning application.

  I understand that you use a HP Officejet Pro 8625 e-all-in-one printer with a Windows 7 PC and you are unable to locate the scanning on the computer software. I would like to help with that.

  The scanning software provided with the drivers and the printer software called "HP Scan".

  If you have installed the printer on the computer software must be a HP Officejet Pro 8620 icon on the computer screen. If you double click on the HP printer Assistant icon should open, there should be a section of scan to start scan click on "scan a document or photo" that would open the HP scanning software.

  Another way is to click the Start button, then click "all programs." Locate the HP folder and the folder for «HP Officejet Pro 8625 series» software "HP Scan" should be able to be opened from there too.

  If you don't see any of this, you may need to install the software and drivers for the printer. If this is the case try using the HP printer install wizard for installation. This tool will find the most recent version of the printer software and installation help.

  IM about to throw this POS out the window... For some reason, I can't scan my computer... I can print, I can even, scanning to a USB key.

  I uninstalled the HP software, and tried to use the Apple drivers, I get a timeout. So I thought I would like to take the HP.com drivers - still no good.

  When you try to scan from the computer, I don't get an error, HP Scan, will just in an infinite loop trying to find the device.

  Since the device, I try the two Scan for computer - add iPhoto library or open in preview.

  I get this error:

  If you are using Snow Leopard and you have the HP software before Snow Leopard (either from a CD that is not marked as compatible with 10.6 or you recently upgraded to Snow Leopard and had the HP software on your Mac before you upgraded), you must uninstall the software by using the "scrubber".  If you do this and you installed from the CD originally, re - install from the CD and uninstall in this way:

  Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard / click Uninstall HP
  Click on continue
  Highlight your device in the left pane
  Hold down the Ctrl and Opt Cmd and click on uninstall
  There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall all hp software. (At this point, if you continue, all HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled)
  Click on continue and let it finish

  Restart your Mac

  Now run a software update.

  Finally, download and install the "Full Featured" driver and software from the "Support & drivers" link at the top of this page.

• HP Photosmart 7520 cannot print coupons or receipts from sites that I could always before

  I've always been able to print coupons or receipts from Web sites until a few days ago and now when I hit print control P or control/SHIFT/P I get a white screen with the site web/print info in the address at the top line.  Nothing happens.  When I check my devices to see "what is printing" my queue is listed.
