    Happy Friday! I had a problem the last two weeks with my printer. I usually use the printer on a daily basis for school. I got the impression during 1 1/2 to 2 years and have not had a problem until now.

    Here is a list of what I've tried so far:

    • Aligned the printer
    • Clean print heads
    • Restored by default
    • Erased the vents on the ink cartridges
    • Clean the screens between the printer and the cartridge

    I did all the steps that I could find for troubleshooting on the internet. Is there something else I can do?

    I understand that you are not able to print black ink of your HP Photosmart 6525 e-all-in-one printer. Thank you for all the troubleshooting steps you have already finished before reaching out for support.

    Unfortunately, at this stage, because you have already completed, troubleshooting steps listed here, the next step would be a hardware replacement as system within your camera HP Photosmart print head is defective. The print head is the part that the cartridges will fit. It controls the "reading" of the cartridges and put the ink on the page. If the print head is defective in your printer printing system is defective. On this model printer, printhead system is a non-replaceable element.

    I highly recommend to go to the Technical Support queue by phone in order to explore the additional hardware options.

  • Cannot find printer / computer

    I have a HP Deskjet 3050 J611which a printer prints perfectly wireless or if the software is not installed, although it won't scan without software.  When I install the software, it works neither prints nor analyses.  What impression of the task goes to the queue but has not status and the scaning the printer says that it cannot find the printer.  I tried different cables and USB ports. When I try to uninstall the software I get a 2081883395 error, and it will not erase the software.  I managed to download a software that did delete and I reinstalled, have the same problem, but can't find the software again to remove the HP software.  I tried to install HP disc and download.  What is a 208 error?  How can I remove this software?  And how to install the software without this error (maybe it can work)?  Thank you.

    Thank you for your help and suggestions, but I had to find someone to help me, because it turns out not to be a simple printer problem but more a Windows problem that seemed just to be more often on the printer than anything else.  But thank you for taking the time to respond to me.

  • LaserJet 200 color M251MW: driver software cannot find printer wireless HP Laserjet 200

    I have printer HP Laserjet above 200. It's worked great for me and another person in my office. However, I've changed computers, and no matter what I do, the driver cannot find the printer. The other person in my office can always print very well, and my old computer can print always very well. I have disabled the firewall, turn off network security essentials (it is not yet installed antivirus software), provided the IP address, network address, the name of the device, let the software to set up my connection Wireless for HP Direct print. I restarted the printer, restarted my computer, restarted the router wireless, connected the printer directly to my computer via the supplied USB cable. It does not find the printer. I can ping to the IP address of the printer and get a quick response. I can print to other printers on network in the building, I just can't connect using HP. !

    I have finally however solve the problem, the key was to not install all other HP services, other than those needed to print. Deselection of all the software options (components 6-8) allowed him to immediately find the printer maybe 2 seconds, select these elements and not found the printer. HP needs to offer a thin driver that actually works, rather than trying to sell ink, just something that allows you to print would be useful. It's frustrating to spend 6 to 8 hours trying to configure a printer when the problem appears to be with the driver.

    For others with this problem, run the HP print scan doctor, download the driver again through this software, deselect all option provided with the driver software and continue.

    I see you are trying to reproduce the web services page.  The 7520 Photosmart doesn't have the option to print the page of information on the printer itself.

    Try the following steps.

    1 obtain the IP address of your printer

    a. This can be done by pressing the icon on the printer wireless.

    2. Enter the printer's IP address in a browser.

    3. Select the Web Services tab.

    4. on the left side, select print information Page.

    I had the Photosmart 6525 for awhile and it works very well in general.  I am able to print to it from any computer in the House.  I'm trying to set up ePrint, so I can print to it a chromebook but not having not success.  And I already went through the steps of troubleshooting CIHI then please don't just tell me to go their.

    Tempting of the LCD:

    When I press the icon ePrint, it downloads successfully and poster

    • E-mail addess: < code > @hpeprint.com
    • Status: connected
    • ePrint: on.

    Then, when I type 'Print Info', it tries and then fails saying: "the printer could not connect to the server."  Then, when I press "OK" to go back, it will display:

    • E-mail addess: not available
    • Status: Not connected
    • ePrint: on

    Worked by calling support.  A "partial reset" via the menu 'help' has solved the problem.

    If you are experiencing a symptom where the printer stops an address different email every time, the reset partial should solve that.

  • HP Photosmart 5520: cannot find the printer

    Until last night I only had intermittent problems, using the scan on HP Photosmart 5520 function.  Then all of a sudden not analyze or print work - message there.  MacAir displays the RED DOT printer offline, by default.  The printer has remained non-connected.  I restarted MacAir.  I have turned off HP 5520, unplugged the wire to plug in a normal machine (of an extension of protection against overvoltages).  On reboot I have always run.  I then tried wireless live - without success.  Then, I removed the 5520 HP of the MacAir intending to reinstall.  To attempt to reinstall Mac Air is unable to find a printer.  The HP 5520 wireless network test results show no problem.

    Please notify.

    Problem solved.

    I turned Mac Air, printer and router off and restarts.  It worked.  The problem was the router!

    The wizard did not work to fix this problem, because the wizard does not list the 2410xi in the window for drivers. The lowest, that it will the number was the 2600. However, go to devices and printers and right click on the printer and click on the button so that the appearance of the computer to solve the problem solved the problem.     After watching your @dlddemonscreenshots, I see that you use the HPDD896C (HP Photosmart 6520 series), it is a driver not driver HP class.

    I suggest all first to remove this driver and add the printer again. In fact, I suggest to use the following steps to remove the printer from the device and printers and the driver from the properties of the server.

    1. in the folder "devices and printers".

    2. choose "print server properties.

    • Win XP - with no printer selected, click 'File' then 'server properties '.
    • Windows Vista - with no printer selected, press 'Alt' and then click 'file' then 'server properties '.
    • Windows 7/8, 8.1 and 10 - select any printer in the "Devices and printers" folder and click on "Print server properties" above.

    3. click on the "Drivers" tab at the top of the window "properties of the print server.

    4. choose the printer that you want to uninstall, and then click 'remove '.

    5. choose "Remove driver only.

    6. the next screen will give a warning, letting you know that the removal of the driver package will remove it from the system. Click 'Yes' to say are you sure you want to do.

    If documents are stuck in the spooler to print, you see an error, cancel all documents waiting in the print queue or try restart the spooler to print, and then try to delete the driver from 'Print server properties' again. If she will not always remove the sachet, restart the computer and the printer should correct this error "in use" and allow the driver to be removed.

    Once the driver is then deleted, open start > all programs > HP folder > folder printer > HP Setup and software (or the icon of the printer).  The installation screen and the software opens and you can click on connect a new printer.

    The multifunction device copy yet?  Copy is a function, the unit done without even being connected to something else than to power.  If she can't copy it, the printer is dead.
