  I understand that you are having problems with the black does not print, you have replaced the printhead to another printer and it prints fine. I want to help you.

  I'm assuming that you used the same cartridges in the print head when you try them in another printer, let me know if you didn't like it.

  Given that the new printhead works in another unit, it seems that it would be a problem with the hardware with the printer and it would need to be repaired.

  I see that you are working with a Photosmart C6380 and sometimes it seems not to print the whole page and other times he does it. I'd love to help you find a solution to this problem

  I use Windows 7 to print to the printer HP Photosmart Plus B210 Series. The black cartridge has been listed as half full, but I installed a new black cartridge with no improvement. I selected the clean and align the print head, but the printer prints only the color inks and not black. I checked the vent of the cartridge on the black ink cartridge, and it is clear.

  Any suggestions?

  I have completed the troubleshooting steps and nothing fixed the problem. I even followed the instructions for soaking the printhead for 10 minutes in hot water. I guess that the printhead has gone bad and needs replaced. Thanks for your help.

  With the help of my Internet Explorer 10 and Photosmart 7510, Win7, I can print more pages of IE's.  Live Mail, office products and such fine print.  A poster mentioned what IE running as an administrator and that seems to work (why?).  I can't verify that the solution is 100%.  I should not have to manually start IE as an administrator each time I want to use!  Is this a known issue?  The solid solutions?

  I have two new desktops from CQ 4010 F from Friday. I was not able to get my two printers a HP Deskjet 3747 or a HP Photosmart 4400.  Yes, they have worked with desktop computers that I replaced.

  We will try to get the 4400 on first. I guess that's a C4400 and installation of USB. Unplug the USB cable (if a network installation to ignore it). Click the Windows Start, click devices and printers. The C4400 right-click and choose Remove the instrument. Now go to the link below and download your driver.

  My new black ink no longer works on the printer.  This seems to be a problem throughout all of the printers HP no matter what model.  Did someone with similar problems had success getting their black to print despite all recommendations of manufacturing without success?  I have my printer just over a year.  I think it's ridiculous that a product falls down that quickly for money which is devoted to this topic.  I called HP for technical support and after doing all the things, he recommended that he told me that my printer is broken... is no longer under warranty... but he will sell me gladly one handed to nine for more than the cost I would pay if I bought it new from Amazon.  I trust is no longer the product...   Had same problem, went out and bought new cartridges ink and all but worked black, what to do, throw it in the trash? or have a go at fixing, because I had just spent more than $90 on new cartridges, I thought I'd be there is attachment.

  To cut a long story short, that I managed to detach, scratching the dining room in the process, wife not impressed! puledl the ink outside, white liquor dispenser put spray gave him a good squirt, put back together, it now works like a new! Yay! Geez I'm so smart.

  I am really frustrated.  My printer has indicated that I needed a new black ink cartridge and I bought a new cartridge and put it in.  The level indicates that it is full.  However, when printing, it allows to print all colors EXCEPT black.  I did a self diagnostic Test as well as an alignment cartridges print several times to try to get the black to work, but to no avail.  It prints all other colors, but not black.  I took the black cartridge in a store to check it out and I was told that there is nothing wrong with the cartridge.  I have looked at all areas of technical support, but don't see any advice for this situation.  Has anyone that happen and what is my next step.

  Basically, I took the black ink cartridge, it has left on the desk with the printhead across the street for two hours, wiped it with a wet paper towel (not sure if this is necessary) and reinstalled. I printed a test page, then print a regular page - it was beautiful and my problem was solved!

  My printer has stopped printing in black ink. Tried several black cartridges, cleaned automatically several times, but no printerhead. The other colors work very well. I feel out of the printerhead and clean it manually, but then of course I buy another printer. Any good advice out there?

• Does not print the magenta color; HP 2575 All in One Photosmart

  Installation HP2575 on another PC with 8.1 Windows 64-Bit operating system.  After installing new printer cartridges have been installed, print heads were clean and aligned and even Magenta will not print.

  Take a look at the diagnostic test page.  Colors have lines through them, and the depth of the colors are not what they should be. We did change color saturation temperature and do not have an increase in the saturation of Magenta.

  What else should I consider troubleshooting?

  Alchohal Publix swabs to clean electrical contacts and the nozzles on the printer cartridges. Also cleaned the contact electric coupling on the printer.
